@olx — Immediate Refund Needed: Featured ad got removed without any intimation

Dear Olx Team,

I paid 999 Rs for a 7 day featured ad of my car,
But the featured ad was not at all active, & it's a waste of money & time
Following are the details:-

I would never recommend anyone to use olx,
and especially its featured ad, as it's a money looting way,
I chose featured ad because as mentioned by the olx team
It was supposed to reach 10x times more buyers, but reality
is that I'm getting even lesser responses,

Kindly Refund us the full money back at the same payment method,
the featured ad isn't even active & it makes no sense to keep 999Rs
