We have gone through the details and found that the featured ad service was removed because you have changed the location.

Please note: featured ad service is location specific and if a user changes the location it would be removed.

Regardless, we willbe happy to apply the featured ad service on your ad as exception fro 15 days.

Kindly post the ad under the location malavalli rural (Location for which pack was oriogically purchased) and inform us, so that we can apply the servce on the ad.

This was the pathetic response they offered after swindling 1000 rupees while the ad was showing inappropriate value than the amount i quoted.
