We understand that you are not happy as contact number has been removed from the Ads.

Let me explain it to you:

We have removed the call option because it not only protects your privacy, but also empowers you to decide who you want to share your number with.

You can easily contact the seller through the ‘chat’ option. The OLX Chat is more trusted way of interacting for both the seller and the buyer. It allows you to share a large amount of information instantly and in a hassle-free manner. We encourage all our users to use OLX Chat to avail all its benefits.

A user can make his/her contact number visible by clicking on ‘Profile’ (the tab at the bottom-right of your App screen), and going to ‘Account and Payments’. Under ‘Account and Payments’ you’ll find the option for ‘Share my phone number’, which you can activate and deactivate at any time as per your convenience.

Also, we would like you to know that we love our users from the core of our heart and they are epicenter of what we do. We are forwarding your feedback right away so that our team can look into it. While you may not see any changes immediately, we assure that our back-end team continuously works on the suggestions provided and may introduce it at an appropriate time.
