[Resolved] Olx India — Account suspension without reason

My olx account with mail id [protected]@gmail.com has been suspended for no reason. I have logged in after few days and suddenly account has been banned without any explanation. Reaching customer care also didn't provide proper solution. Is olx insisting on paying for posting Ads, so they can stop banning people? Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Aug 17, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved The same issue has been resolved through offline customer care only. They have mentioned that it is due to a technical glitch. They haven't resolved the technical glitch, until I have called and requested personally. They are mentioning that account has been banned due to a technical glitch, which none has rectified till I called them up. Kindly look into the same to avoid similar issues for OLX members.
