Am Sandeep Murukurthy residing at Kakinada, East Godavari dust. Andhra Pradesh.

I posted ad in properties category to sell my flat. I’ve opted for a premium service & paid online of 1500rs for 30 days today ..I..e…[protected].

As I can see my account been suspended with no reason & they just looted my money.

My account has been suspended for no reason.

My fault that I have placed an request to sell my car in OLX autos. They gave me a option to select a slot, till now things were smooth. Moment I selected a slot there were in total 55 calls from olx autos and each hour they are calling 5-6 times. One call for the confirmation I understand but 55-60 calls before coming to the selected slots is unacceptable.

My only concern is if I am giving a slot that I will be available this time then call should be near to this time prior 15-20 min instead of calling every hour. Very frustrating services.

I never enquired to sell my car. still getting calls from OLX Autos every hour. inspite of telling them that I don't have a car, they are calling be back to back to sell one. I feel harassed by OLX. call center guys are calling me for no reason.

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the repeated suspension or banning of my account on your platform. Every time I create an account on OLX India to post an ad for selling my belongings, the ad gets published within an hour, and then my account is immediately suspended or banned without any prior warning or explanation.

I have tried to contact your support team multiple times through emails and phone calls, but I have not received any satisfactory response to my queries. This issue has caused me a great deal of frustration, and I am tired of this recurring problem.

I request you to please investigate this issue urgently and provide me with a proper explanation as to why my account is being banned or suspended repeatedly. I have been a regular user of OLX India for a long time, and I believe that this issue can be resolved if the matter is taken seriously and addressed promptly.

I would appreciate a swift resolution to this issue, as I would like to continue using OLX India to sell my belongings and connect with potential buyers.

I have seen a advertisement of activa (kL. 08. BD. 1868). She told me her name is deepa and she is in indian army and want to sell her scooter she live in mumbai and scooter in kochin airport. So the deal was fixed at 18000 rupees. She told me to deposit 3000 rupees in her ac which i paid through phone pe nmbr [protected] so i send the amount in 3000(name change and deliverycharge) in army transprt parcel department. And she send me all her proof aadar, army id card, parcel slip, and vehicle paper, name deepa, dob 15/04/1995 address anil kumar chembiparampil house cherpu po chenam thrissur kerala 680561,
Next day she told me i send 15000 rupees schooter full amount then the deliver mail open then scooter was 30 mnt in your home delivery so i send full amount.
Then the truck man called me saying that the parcel reached karunagappally 30 mnt from kollam and u have to pay remaing amount 11000 which i paid googlepay ac name mintu kumar nath because the gprs has been stopped and will be activated only if the amount starting gprs and schooter deliver with your money 11000 he return then he send the pictures so i gave the money 1 st 5000 then 6000 totally i paid 29000 rupees. Then he called me and he seys i paid the money too late so i give 9000 and he return 20000 after that i have not paid the amount 9000 and he gave a response to it that the payment has been declined or not received due to which we cannot move further and the parcel is going back to kochi. But till now the amount is not refunded and neither they are receiving the call. Please help me with the refund amound 29000 rupees and help me getting this person red handed so that this did not happen to anyother. Please help me

We sold Pulsar 180 bike to a buyer named " forbidden tattoo " who is real name is Ajay ( i have his photo ID). He agreed to complete the transfer bearing it's expenses, and other expenses regarding insurance, and fines if any on the condition that I reduced the price by 10, 000 rupees. Considering the convenience I reduced the price from 45000, to 34500.

It's been more than half a year since I provided him with the RC card noc from Bajaj finance and all the relevant documents and forms. He isn't transferring the title of the bike to himself nor is he receiving my calls are replying to my messages.

Please arrest such frauds and bring justice.

I was using OLX account through my mobile number [protected] and with my email id manikbatra.[protected]@gmail.com. I haven't done any sales or purchase recently and I haven't done anything that is against the company's policy. But still my account is suspended for no reason. Kindly unlock my account

My account was banned by olx without any reason. I was about to buy one item on olx and boom my account just got banned. Seriously OLX ?? Really unprofessional.

I paid today[protected] to boost my ads and was checking on my mobile phone if there was an effect. I wasn't aware that I couldn't log into my account from my phone in addition to my computer hence my account has been suspended. As I said, I just paid for a boost to Top! The invoice of the order is 26806663 and this happened.

There is no way to re-activate the account hence asking you to please reactivate my account?

I am writing this email to register a fraud complaint which has happened with me recently on 1st May. I was looking to move to Kota with my wife so was looking up for property and I came across a property on OLX and contacted her. And she shared her contact number with me so further we connected on call and on WhatsApp. On call, she was very strict with the rules and said her flat pictures liked it and agreed to go ahead. After negotiating on rent we decided Rs.9000, and she asked for one month security so total Rs.18, 000 be trusted her. We made her the payment and informed her that we will reach the location next morning around 9 AM. And to this she replied please call us when you reach as she is not in Kota but she will connect us with someone for the keys. Same evening we called her to ask for exact location as she just gave a rough idea. So to this she replied I am out in the market and will call you in 15 minutes. From then her contact number is switched off We have called her thousand times, but she has blocked us from everywhere, even on Google Pay below mentioned are the details which we contacted her.

I have been experiencing issues with my account Olx Account

My account is blocked on my number [protected] so I I used an alternative number to post a new ad and now that is blocked too, [protected].

This has been such an inconvenience for me and i will make sure none of my friends and family use Olx again,

I am extremely unhappy with olx, they just suspend my account with out any concern. i posted my flat on rent and i noticed 2 -3 dealer ping me post that my account suspended. same thing happen with me last year with different account.

i found there is any issues when ever i am posting my apartment available for rent my account get suspended.
it is very hard to use without concern they are suspending and there is no way back to get account reactivate.

i am very unhappy with OLX.

My 3 OLX account got suspended for no reason..and again with another account set up using my bro number I'm trying to sell items and it keeps rejecting no matter how much try changing the description and thumbnail and waiting for an hrs still you ### keep rejecting my ads I'm really much fed up now!! How TF am I gonna sell items if my account keep getting banned and rejecting ads everytime?? Even the CUSTOMER SUPPORT is useless, pathetic eat ###! Quicker is lot more better than this pile ###!

I only created an olx account today and posted the pictures of products which were also approved by olx, but after few hours i got to know my account has been suspended. I haven't done anything that violate the guidelines. I wish to get my account restored as soon as possible.

Olx has suddenly banned my both accounts with numbers [protected] and [protected] today and did not provide any reasons.

Moreover there is no contact details online for olx.

Request to take up with them to reactivate my accounts
