Respected Sir, I am highly disappointed with Olx.com mailing department, please find the below conversation and do check how unsatisfactory reply I got from your mailing department. For your kind information this all ads has been posted longtime back and was duly approved and checked by your representative and then all the ads were live, you can see closely none of my ad is duplicate and no where it breach the terms o[censored]se. Mr.Manish kindly refer my query very closely and find out the reason behind this, is this was some technical problem or some other. The reply which you have given was such a thing which does not suits to my query and i think just to close query tickets you have done this and without referring my ads, can you show me my single ad which shows it is duplicate? For your kind information we are dog breedors and do breeds all the different breeds and fullfill clients requirements to see different dog breeds at one place, this helps clients to select the breed which they are comfortable with and the breed they can select which they found the best, we provide multiple choice for the clients and all the clients who visit our place are 100% satisfactory and here we dont think so we are doing any spams. All the genuine dog breedors who breeds all dog breeds do post such ads and you can find such ads which are live on Olx.com and here you say I have posted more than one dog breed so my ads has been deleted then WHY SUCH OTHER ADS ARE STILL LIVE? I paid300 for two dogs to be shipped to my house by a lady on your site named Angela Morgan. Latter the company that was supposed to deliver the dogs as for $450 more to a traveling case for the dogs. Latter the company sent a false Schedule that suggested the dogs were being shipped then all of a sudden they needed $1200.00 for insurance that's when I knew this was a scam. I asked for my money back and still no answer from either the company or her yet she is still posted on your site ready to scam someone else. Please help

HiI would like to bring to your notice that fake adds are being posted in OLX regarding commodities (like mobiles). I had suffered alot due to this. I saw an add regading selling of note 3 on OLX which was of 29 th April 2014 and posted by Faizan Hassan who is a resident of Kolkata with mobile number[protected]. This person is a robber who has taken Rs 3000 (total amount 20000, rest 17000 to be paid ) from me and promised me to courier Note 3 to my address. After I transferred the amount of Rs 3000 to his account which is in SBI Bank Ganges Garden Branch (Acnt no -[protected] IFSC code- 4284) he stopped picking his phone. He promised me a false courier and showed me false receipt of Fedex courier on Whats App. Please issue a case against him so that customers like me do not suffer again on account of these people. People like him are making our site a blot. Please enquire at the earliest. I have ID of this person in my phone if a case is issued against him I can provide the details. Please help me out.

· A few OLX customers are able to post numerous advertisements in a very slim window of time, after inquiring I was told that this is done by one the softwares he is using developed by a friend’s software company.
· If the above mentioned software is leagal to use, then please let me know and if your company is providing any API for same, I would like get one.
· On the other hand if the usage of such a software is illeagal, in this case please stop sucn an activity as it is hampering my business.

Yesterday (29-Apr-2014), an advertisement has been posted in olx.in for selling of an IPhone 5C mentioning the contact number: [protected]. I contacted the person (named Atanu) over the aforesaid contact number for the intention of purchasing that iphone 5c. He asked me to meet him near Dakhineswar Railway Station. I met him at that place, same day at around 5:00 PM and bought that device in the belief of that it is an IPhone 5C. He did not gave me any bill as he told that he did not had the bill with him. Later, returning to my place, I discovered that, it is a fake, not an original Apple IPhone 5C. I contacted the person and he told me to come at the same place in Dakhineswar on 30-Apr-2014. But today (30-Apr-2014), his phone with the contact number [protected] is switched off. Please help me to find address for which this aircel number [protected] is registered.
