[Resolved] Olx India — banning my account

Respected sir/madam,

I am mr farookh shaikh and a genuine buyer using olx but my account was banned for no reasons. I registered my other account too with following no :

[protected]
[protected]@yahoo.com

All these accounts are banned for no reasons and company considering as policy breach violations. I received several call asking me to pay rs 1000/- every month for using olx services. But there is no information provided by the company on its website and also no details with the customer support.
Request you to please resolve the mentioned issue.
Please do the needful and revert.

We understand your concern and will try our best to assist you in your query.

As communicated to you in the automated email, as another step towards reducing spammers and facilitate serious users on the platform, we are about to launch "Professional Buyers Club" where, with a minimal subscription fee, professional buyers can reach out to unlimited sellers on our platform.

Buyers without a "Professional Buyers Club" access will not be allowed to reach unlimited sellers and will be deactivated.

You can immediately activate your account by paying the insertion fee.
