My name is Dharampal Singh, I have sold my car Maruti SX-4, Model-2011, Registration no. UP80BW1486 to OLx Auto on 05-08-2022 since then more than 9 months am flowing up for RC transfer with OLx team, call centre and following representatives;

Unfortunately nothing is working out, it’s very painful to share that none of them able to solve the issue and RC transfer is still pending as of now.
Car is already sold by OLX Auto to the some customer and delivered too. He is using same car without RC transfer, from last many months. Am really surprise the process followed by company, they can sell and deliver car to anyone even without RC transfer. It is still showing in my on ‘VAHAN Portal’. Any misuse OR accident will come to the registered owner only, OLX documents are not relevant in legal process came to know thru experts. Such a big company not following rules and process laid out by government is really painful to the customers like me.
With rigorous follow up with OLX team I got 12th April’23 appointment to reach to RTO office Agra for RC transfer formalities, all the way I travelled from Bengaluru and reached there and then came to know thru OLX Auto Channel partner Mr. Ajay Singh that buyer is not coming and hence the process cannot be completed. Upon request, Mr. Ajay Singh has managed my appearance and my part of formalities in RTO office thru an advocate and said buyer will come and complete his formalities in a day or two. Today 16th May’23 more than a month of my appearance buyer formalities are still pending and he has not submitted the required documents to RTO office.
OLX auto has not followed the process, dishonoured the terms and commitment, it was max 6 months’ time limit to get RC transfer done, but even after 9 months I am struggling for same. During the whole period from the date car picked up from my residence by OLX Auto team the company OLX Auto will be solely responsible for any kind of misuse or accident.
I am requesting again to OLX Auto the management please look in to the matter and arrange RC transfer max within a week time. My apologies but really I have lost patience and trust. Please co-operate and support to resolve same.
