A person informed about payment through paytm balance (Rs 5000/-) transfer for sending a mobile, but he not delivered a goods and he cant return my balance amount kindly take action for him if you need payment slip we will provide next mail or

I hope you will take action above the person & will expected your positive feed back

As you said, you have some documents supporting your case, we suggest to take the help of legal authorities. Kindly file an FIR against the seller and OLX will provide all the information related to the seller to the legal authorities.
