Case against fraud. Demanded rs 8000/- through olx. Sent the buyer money through paytm. Upon receiving he is demanding more rs8000/-.
Neither recieved the phone nor did he return the money. Tansaction id - [protected] of rs 3000/- and transaction id - [protected] of rs 5000/- through paytm in paytm no - [protected] under the name of srikanth. Buyers name is vikash patel and ph no is - [protected]. Moreover same case happened with a boy in alipurduar and he had paid rs 17000/-. Please do needful to return my money..

Updated by Rumpa Dutta He is saying that the deal was of Rs 16000. In the ad posted he demanded Rs12500. The deal was made by us at Rs 8000. Now he is demanding the rest money to be paid or else he wont give us the phone or the money. His address is posted in Chak Chaka, Coochbehar, West Bengal but his current location is in Kota, Rajasthan. Please take immediate and necessary steps to stop this crime and return my money.
