[Resolved] Olx India — complaint against featured ad | |||
I have paid rs.999/- on 16th december 2019 for an advertisement in olx.in for 30 days ad posting as a featured benefit, the next day i had received an email from olx that “your ad has been rejected” subsequent to the rejection i sent email requesting for reason of rejection of advertisement. But they sent mail reply as “we would like to inform as per our records, the ad went live due to which we won't be able to process the refund, however we can re-initiate the service for 30 days. “ Subsequent various mail correspondence they are advertising under ‘featured ad’ as a paid member but without fixed period, i. E from time to time removing and placing. On 24th of december my advertisement became active but not any featured benefits, just like free advertisement. Thus i appreciate if they could advertisement as i needed else they can refund the money. My ad reference no. [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
