Olx India — I paid money but my dad. couldn't go on live

Dear olx customer care team,

I am a olx user & my user name is theophinfranclin82

Today i paid 499 rupees for one month ad. Fee for my property sale. But i couldn’t go on live & getting message that your ad. Is rejected then edit & go

I tried several times but couldn’t not post successfully. Please let me know what happened to my ad. & if it is not go on live then what about the refund money of 499/- rupees.

Here i have attached the olx tax invoice for today’s my payment in down column

Please revert urgently & let me know my ad. Posting issues
