Olx India — iphone fraud from delhi seller

Got cheated from Delhi seller, I was looking for iPhone XR. Saw an advertisement for 24k and msgd the seller as it was mentioned genuine product, unlocked, sealed, 7day replacement, refund policy etc. Order came in expressbees couriers and I paid 20k cod. After opening I came to know that I got cheated. It was dead old phone, no proper bill. I contacted the seller immediately and asked to refund. He said he'll refund but no money received. I have the screenshots.

I just put my add on olx, it's going right for two days but next day I got a notification that your account has been banned but there was no reason. I want to sell my phone I have already posted my add but my account is banned so I can't sell it if my account recovered then I can sell my phone. Please try to resolve it quickly.
