[Resolved] Olx India — mobile payment has been cheated

One guy named vishal singh, has asked me to send my mobile through courier as he is willing to purchase it. I've done courier from myself having charges of ₹1000 and given my mobile on to his given address. He has said he will do neft to me and he has cheated me as i've not received any amount and he is not even responding to the phone calls or whatsapp.
He has also given his address where it has been shipped and the details are :

Olx please do something for such kind o[censored]sers. He is previously having a similar case and he has cheated a few more guys.
