Olx India — my account banned without any reason disclosed to me

Surprised that olx india has banned my account without any valid reason. Even their 1860 helpline also not helpful. They didn't bother to inform me about the suspension of my account over phone & mail either. So unprofessional the olx india people are. I feel its better to use other options rather than olx to post any ad. They are easier to use & customer friendly than olx india
