Olx India — My account is suspended- for no reason. Olx is suspending for simply providing alternative number when my main no was switched off

Olx banned my two accounts - [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com for no reason. When I am calling customer care they are saying they don't have authorisation to unblock and all. This is so unprofessional and irritating. Daily I see so many fake account posting cash on delivery ads but olx doesn't block them. Olx just wants money paying customers whether they are frauds they don't care.
