Hi this is santosh from teluguwebguru my login contact is [protected] yesterday i created a job ad and paid 999 for making it live. but still it is asking for payment and ad is not live. Ad Link : https://www.olx.in/item/[protected] Payment Details : Transaction ID: de279a1a-f8f9-4bb4-a61c-197c0a1935da Rs. 999.00 Paid to OLX via cashcard on 11 Jan 2024 07:07 PM PayU ID [protected] Bank Reference Number 20240111010970000952281547271212609 Payment Gateway Paytm I submitted my complaint through email to support olx team so many times. everytime they said this is known issue and will be resolve 24 to 48 hrs. But till now (Feb 22) no response and no solution given by olx team. Still me ad is not live. Please take necessary action against them because this type of frauds from this type of big company should not be tolerated. else they will cheat many more people. Was this information helpful? The only thing happening is every time i am sending you remainding mails and receiving reply email from your team that issue will be resolved within 48 hrs. So many 48 hrs over from 11 jan to till date. Don't you feel ashamed of the worst service that is provided by you? still how many 48 hrs required to solve my problem? i am highly un satisfied.
