[Resolved] Olx India — not returning the token amount taken for a second hand car which was never delivered | |||
We saw an ad on olx which was selling second hand car. This ad was from a to z auction house, chembur. We trusted olx which must have vetified their seller and visited the site, checked the car physically and paid a tokem amount of 1 lakh by (75k) online transfer and 25k by cash. After chasing them for a few weeks, they asked for more money and only they can proceed with the legals to get the car on our name. We further transfered 70k on the name of a to z enterprises again. Its been more than 2 months, we have not recieved any car related papers nor any money back from them even after confirming cancelation from our side. We have been visiting their office almost every other week and they send us back by giving false hopes.
