[Resolved] Olx India — online fraud on olx for used car of 1 lac and 10000 rs

I saw an advertise of a used swift vxi car on olx of year 2017 make and red color. I contacted the person for deal, the person gave me a phone number to share details of the car and trapped me to transfer deposit amount of 2500 which he told will be refundable. He stated the car will be couriered by army courier service and in wake of gst and insurance he trapped me to transfer the amount of 109000 rs. He did not deliver the car and is also not refunding back the amount, the amount is transferred on 26/04/2020 to the person identified as janak kumar gautam and army delivery boy sanjay singh. Phone num - 1. Janak kumar gautam - [protected]
2. Sanjay singh - [protected]. These two people have posed as army person, showing their fake identity cards. We have been cheated of the amount and they are still active on olx. I am expecting full refund of the amount.
