Olx India — ownership not changed after 2.5 months

I have sold my car in the month of may-19 and now its aug-19. Still the ownership is not changed. Please provide me a solution asap.

At least olx should send some email confirming or thankyou email for buying a car from me. Atleast they confirm how much they buy it from me with vehicle number/rc number/other details. Olx should follow some professional ethics or they should include some process.
