Olx India — paid rs.999 on 12/8/18. amount deducted from bank. but no response from your side

With regret i would mention that rs 999 (For 30 days) deducted from my account against payment for selling flat but no response from olx. I hope the hard earned money should be given weightage. Whether after paying the amount, it is activated for 1 month or not, is not intimated. Pl let me know how can i get the information related to the above said problem
