Olx India — rc for car (hr26cm9494) sold three months back to olx cash my car is still not transferred

My name is sumeet pandey and i sold my car (Hr26cm9494) to olx cash my car nit faridabad on 7th of april 2019.

I received a mail from representative that rc will get transferred within 3 months,
It has been more than 3 months and rc is still on my name.

I mailed about this to the representatives but have got no response from them.

Please let me know when will the rc be transferred?
