[Resolved] Olx India — refund not done

I ordered a note 8 from a seller on olx. The sellers name is rishabh agarwal. He contacted me on whatsapp [protected]. When i received the phone it was in damaged state. Since november 12th, till today 1st jan, i am trying to get him to repay the amount but he keeps avoiding my calls. I had made initial payment of booking amount rs 1000 on oaytm no of mr saurabh chaturvedi on [protected].

Updated by Sheetal Pednekar Till I was gping to buy the mobile, he kept calling me through the day and even would answer my cslls immediately. But now since he has to pay my amount he is avoiding my calls or gives reasons like, i was out, i was admitted in tbe hospital, i was on leave...etc. everytime there is a new reason amd keeps giving a new date of payment. First it was 40 to 45 days...after that he said 31st december a.d now he has switched off his mobile.
His add shows his office is in jhilmil industrial area. On the phone he had said that his shop is in phase 1 of blue building opp the metro station in delhi. On the parcel of the damaged phone the name of the firm is mentioned as Sai Enterprises.

Please help in resolving the issue.
