Olx India — Repetitive banning or suspension of account | |||||
Dear OLX India Support Team, I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the repeated suspension or banning of my account on your platform. Every time I create an account on OLX India to post an ad for selling my belongings, the ad gets published within an hour, and then my account is immediately suspended or banned without any prior warning or explanation. I have tried to contact your support team multiple times through emails and phone calls, but I have not received any satisfactory response to my queries. This issue has caused me a great deal of frustration, and I am tired of this recurring problem. I request you to please investigate this issue urgently and provide me with a proper explanation as to why my account is being banned or suspended repeatedly. I have been a regular user of OLX India for a long time, and I believe that this issue can be resolved if the matter is taken seriously and addressed promptly. I would appreciate a swift resolution to this issue, as I would like to continue using OLX India to sell my belongings and connect with potential buyers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
