My name is Pradeep Koshy Abraham, A person named Mr.sidharth from noida with mobile number. [protected] through Olx have cheated by selling me with a copy model of samsung Note 8 for Rs. 18000/-, which is on cash on delivery to cochin with all box and charger damaged. which i delived via dtdc or dotzot courier awb no. I[protected] delived on 26/09/2018..
Still I hav been in touch with this person for refund. Still yet he didnt refunded.
Pls do anything for the same to get the refund

DotZot — return order

We seen your complaint "DotZot — money return back". As per our process we do not pick up any return shipment without the specific instruction of the sender. Since the Dotzot airway number is not mentioned we are unable to check.

For any refund you will have to contact your shipper.
