In the name of policy please do not charge people for ads they have not posted and do not want to post. They simply want the money back my their accounts or options to use the money they paid to olx. Olx is a thief not a business firm clearly. It is not me alone who has the same opinion but many customers have the same opinion. Olx they can play around and make money from customers. My amount may not be that large but it is a matter of principles and a breach of good faith. Olx is nothing but a firm of robbers!

Updated by Chandrima Roy I was charged rs 199 to post an ad in Jan 2017 but for some reason that ad did not get posted the money got back into my account but not into my bank account. I am getting notification that this balance will expire on 21st October 2017. I don't have anything to sell that I will post an ad nor this money will be refunded by olx Into my account nor paytm it nor allow me to buy anything on old from someone else. My parents also lost a credit of rs 2300. OLX thinks it's fair to keep this money of people. It is unethical and unfair practise and they call it policy.

Updated by Chandrima Roy And on top of that there is no category where we can update that this charge needs to be refunded when I don't have any ad to be posted. Why should the credit not be refunded ? I had to select incorrect charges!

Updated by Chandrima Roy On top of that your agents do not know how to behave on calls. Be it your agents or managers or the back end people all answer robotically with no sense of responsibility bcz there is no customer centrism so the policies would be against the customer.
