Please find the below details that you have mentioned abiove.
1. Registered Mobile Number - [protected]
2.Receipt id added in attacgment.
3.Contact number of olx employee who is saying money will not be refunded - +[protected] Akshay
4.Chat history and wrong booking date is attached on the email.
5.He had mention on the email that i have give tokien money on 21 nov 2021 and its wrong.
I have done the test drive and after it i thought car is good and when i inspected it has some issue while driving and thhey are giving at higher price then other dealer so i told him to refund my money but he is saying its not refundable and its really bad.
all token money should be refundable as per the govt law and they are saying do whatver you want money will not be refunded and ts more then 2 week there is no response.
Please have a word with him and ask them to refund token money asap.
