[Resolved]  Olx India — use of abusive language in chat

I have posted an ad about an alienware laptop. An user named arun contacted me about it via chat and when i told him the price he started being abusive. Its definitely very insulting when someone does this for no good reason. When i tried to tell him that 17inch alienware laptops are very expensive, he started saying things like "chall be". This is a gross violation of rules and guidelines under the telecommunications act and i request olx to take firm steps against this guy.

My email address us aishwarya.[protected]@gmail.com and my account with OLZ has been banned suddenly without reason today.OLX has babbed the account without any reason and I cant contact prospective buyers for my things. Please restore my account.

Facing problem to post adds from 15 days
No hearing from olx
I have called customer care so many times but they always say it's from back end they cannot help
And from previous 2 days my account is banned
I m having bad experience with olx
They do fraud by taking money and not provinding service
