I found a 2-wheeler in OLX, then I contacted the seller. Further communications were carried out via Whatsapp & phone call. He claimed to be Vikas Patel, an Indian army officer. He first asked to send my documents and to pay Rs. 3020 via GPay for some vehicle name transfer registration.
(P.S. The GPay number was of someone else (Bhuban Paik), claiming to be Army govt employee who handles vehicle registrations)
I paid and then he sent me some edited name transfer document (clearly looked as fake). I understood that I got scammed. I googled the name and found that this person has already scammed many people. Kindly take action.
