I am a very active user of OLX, and have closed multiple deals .All of a sudden when I logged into my account, it said my account was blocked .I dint post any ads, I was only closing the deals, so there should be no possibilities of blocking my account.
Then I escalated to their customer care number .Their customer care officer said that he doesn't have an option to unblock me and so have asked to send a email to their email account .
I drafted the email, several time, they create a ticket once the email is send, then I will be recieveing a default message that they cannot unblock my account .When I replied back to the same email, it created a new different ticket, and I was recieving the same email everything I send an email .
The problem is I was discussing with multiple people on buying their products ...now those chats will not be active ...and these users will also have recieved some notification on not to contact me Was this information helpful? |
