[Resolved] Olx — Repeated suspension of account without justification | |||||
I am Nishant Kalra. I wanted to sell some Old, Household items on Olx, considering the application it has been designed for. I had shifted from Bangalore to Gurgaon and had many Old, duplicate Household items which i was planning to sell. I used the Olx Portal to list my adds & was getting Customer response also, however, i had been negotiating for the Best price for my items. Without any justification, Reasoning, Olx has suspended by Account. I tried then creating my account from my different Family member number, but the same was also suspended ! Absolutely, Pathetic customer services and consumer treatment. With NO justification, no clarification, how does Olx have the right to judge and suspend Customer account ? Had these been in other countries, they would have been sued legally & made to pay & bleed from the nose for such atrocious behavior towards Consumer. Would request Immediate actions against Olx & intervention for such pathetic treatment of Consumer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
