Apr 01, 2020 Updated by Terence Meyer I recently opened an account with olymph trade and did a deposit straight away, using a skrill ewallet. I recieved a 30 dollar bonus ontop of my initial deposit. I however did not recieve a welcome or confirmation email from them as normal. The funds did reflect in my account. I logged out of my account, and a few minutes later i tried to login again with no sucess, it either said incorrect email or password. I re-registered the account and spoke to 2 of the online consultants, they said no deposit was made from me, so i sent them proof of payment numerous times. They said they had opened a task and handed it over to the financial department and i would recieve my funds in my account within 24 hrs. I have sent numerous emails attaching proof of payment but no one is replying at all. It is very poor communication and very frustrating. No one is replying at all.
