Olymp Trade — account being credited

I made a deposit into my olymph trade account using a skrill ewallet service. On registering my new account i made a deposit and recieved a bonus aswell. All funds reflected in my new account and i was happy. I logged out of the account and later on tried to log in again with no sucess, i re registered the new account and spoke to one of there online consultants. I provided proof of payment and was reassured the problem would be rectified within 24hrs. Nobody is responding to emails to rectify the problem. They are just avoiding me.

I recently opened an account with olymph trade and did a deposit straight away, using a skrill ewallet. I recieved a 30 dollar bonus ontop of my initial deposit. I however did not recieve a welcome or confirmation email from them as normal. The funds did reflect in my account. I logged out of my account, and a few minutes later i tried to login again with no sucess, it either said incorrect email or password. I re-registered the account and spoke to 2 of the online consultants, they said no deposit was made from me, so i sent them proof of payment numerous times. They said they had opened a task and handed it over to the financial department and i would recieve my funds in my account within 24 hrs. I have sent numerous emails attaching proof of payment but no one is replying at all. It is very poor communication and very frustrating. No one is replying at all.

i have sent numerous emails to the claim department, they have askd me for my skrill wallet email, which i provided yesterday and nobody has got back to me. in the above replies you guys have said my account has been credited. my live account still hows 0.00. please update me
