I have deposited 33000inr and 25000inr into my olymptrade account, and after using all of them in forex for 3 days, the closed all my trades and thought of withdrawing 25000 inr, as i needed them for some important work. After i received the funds in my bank, my olymptrade account got blocked suddenly and it had 33000 still remaining in it. I tried contacting customer support and after a day, they sent me link to verify identity and payment, and i verified everything and it was successful. The verification was done on the 2nd day after the account got blocked. Now its been a week, and they keep saying me they can't provide a timeframe regarding how long it's gonna take. I have read other people's reviews regarding these cases and all of them says it takes months, and still the account remains blocked. I reached financial security team, and they too can't help in this matter, they keeo giving the same bot reply to wait and wait. I just want my funds back in my bank account regardless of the account stays blocked or unblocked. I deposited the money from my bank account and wothdrawed it to my bank account only, but still they blocked my account and niw they are not unblocking it. I need my funds bank into my bank account asap as its urgent for me.
