[Resolved] Olymp Trade — Account Blocked even though there was only one active account | |
Hello, I have created an account with olymptrade previously a long back maybe 1-2 years back and since then have not traded with that account. Due to some reason I created a new account with the link provided by their affiliate and was actively trading on that account. I also got all the documents and bank account verified successfully and completed their Verification process successfully in the new account. (Screenshot attached) After my new account got verified, I also received a mail from them saying that my other accounts are closed and I can continue trading in the new account. (Screenshot attached) And I fully complied with that and was trading with the new account only. But as soon as I started earning consistently on their platform, I received a mail saying that my all accounts are blocked due to multiple accounts. I have invested lot of money and time in learning their platform and when I started earning profits they blocked my account with a reason which was already resolved at both ends. I want my current account to be unlocked and want to again continue trading. As the only active account that I was using was the new one. Same thing happen to me as well. I had lot of conversation with them on mail and they said you cant trade on our platform in future.
