I have done deposit of Rs. 700 on 24 th August 2023. The amount is not yet credited into my live account . I have raised tickets on email as well as through tickets. When spoke with bank they told that the amount is credited to their account. But the company is not updating my live account.

    Hi guys. One day I was surfing in the olymp trade and found the signals and extensions for trading. They have advertised it a lot and I have heard a lot of good reviews about its signals and extensions. And I wanted to try very hard. Nowadays trading markets are all very complicated and I wanted something that will help me to make my decisions but in general I could not even buy it. I had a lot of bonuses and tried to buy it with the money I made from those bonuses. But it did not work out. They have said on their web page that you can do that purchase using the money that you made. I do not know how that happened. Maybe Trading God wants me to overcome those problems alone?

    Guys, Trading God has nothing to do with it. I just can not do it with the bonus money, It was basically and literally written on their page. So, nevermind, all good I did it with other money. And those extensions are really good.

      Early trade close not working on FTT

      I did my homework and thoroughly studied Olymp Trade’s trading conditions and rules regarding FTT. Don’t need to mention that fixed time trading was something new to me, and that’ exactly why I spend time to make sure I understand what I am doing.
      However, Olymp Trade said that it’s possible to close trade early. I had such case, my profit on this particular trade was quite big, and wanted to close the trade.

      I have been using dollars for funding my account but I decided to change it to euro. But I do not want to change the amount to dollars again. If you did not understand, I will tell you again. I am funding euros to my dollars account and I can not even change the account currency type. So I do not want to fund but I do not want to exchange it for dollars as well. I do not know what to do and how to behave in these situations.

      Guys I just want to say sorry, I did not notice that it is not possible in general. So I opened a new account in euros and deleted the dollar one. Everything worked perfectly.

      Thank you for your question. We are glad that you have sent it to us. According to our understanding, you want to know How to Transfer Money between Accounts. As multi-accounts are interconnected, it is possible to transfer funds between them as you please.

      To do that, you need to go to the "Transfer" tab in the "Accounts" menu, then choose the sender and the recipient, and fill in the desired amount. All that is left is to click a "Transfer" button.

        I'm not quite proficient at trading but due to this broker I feel how my knowledge base is being expanded in the geometrical progression! But, nevermind, it's just a preface why I chose Olymp trade. I was completely sure there would be no problems, but actually, I was wrong...
        I created a USDT account as the company states it's something innovative and it ensures far more quicker transactions and a more secure environment. Well, I believed that words. Still, after I opened an account, passed through all mandatory verification procedures, I made my first deposit. And, oh, my god! I was waiting for my money more than several hours. I don't really think it's something the broker implies under "quicker transactions". So, guys, I'm waiting for your explanation, I don't really want to discredit this company as there's so many useful functions and features...

            I have been researching trading platforms for months straight. And finally I have decided that I am going with olymp trade and the day when I have decided to launch the platform and do some trades I did not succeed. But I did not succeed in my trading set up. I tried with my macbook and everything was good. So I do not know whom to complain about. To you because that platform did not respond or to google that their browser is not opening it. It writes webgl and something. I do not know what the hell it is, and I can not deal with it. Thanks to Apple for making such a good laptop.

            I solved it in a couple of seconds and a couple of clicks dudes, it wasn't even a problem it was just webgl turned off and I just switched. So my bad!

              One day I found a good trading strategy with heiken ashi and I wanted to try it. So I spent my whole day trying to find that indicator in olymp trade and I haven't succeeded. It is one of the most popular indicators guys, who did not have it? I just scrolled through every single one and did not find it at all. I do not know what to do with that thing any more. I need to try that heiken ashi trading strategy but I do not want to abandon olymp trade. I am very sad.

This icon should be at the bottom left of the chart. When you click in, you can choose the Chart Types you want.

                I make deposit of 204 USDT on your platform to continue trading journey but i frustrated with the trade execution because when and where i want to place the order on time frame like 1, 2, 3 and 5 minutes it placed after delaying 15 seconds to 25 seconds which makes me frustrated and i thought i move to the lower time frame so trade delaying issue may be not happen because in june and july month i also get similar issue which don't won't me to gain profit and end up with loosing my all capital. And today i experience same thing and i loose all my deposited money. Because some time no delay in placing the trades and but most of the time delay which make me to do mistakes. When i contacted Support team regarding my refund for this they told me it is not possible. He told me i accepted their T&C during account opening where it is mentioned that after opening/placing the trade money is not refundable. But i want to tell you there is also not mentioned in T&C to make delay in trade execution. Your service is worst. I think your app is full of bug, but that bug is not work for us they only work for the company.
                I want my lst deposited money back to my depositing wallet.

                  OTC CFDs? Why dont they work

                  I thought this platform was offering contracts for difference, meaning that you are not actually trading the assets but you are trying to profit off the price fluctuations of the asset, it's practically same thing if you physically don't need the assets themselves. I am completely fine with it, I don't understand the point of having the forex pair or the stock, and you cannot even have the ETFs in physical way, right? I don't know anything...

                  Today 13-august I put 39000₹ tarde it was went straight line and went down but in this app when I checkes trade history it shows closed with loss when I asked customer service they said you have to handle this and closed my chat, they never responded correct answers always liying anything. I have the proof when I opened the position and when it closed. Even customer service they mentioned sometimes app have bug and sever down like that I think this app is not trusted

                      Olymp trade attracted me with its versatility and low fees.
                      By versatility I mean the presence of multiple trading modes. I heard a lot about the famous FTT, forex and stock price mode. People were speaking very warmly about all three of them.
                      These modes are perfect for diversification of my trading in general.

                      Nevertheless, I checked the platform of olymp trade inside out and didn’t find any trace of stock price mode. But I had big expectations for it. Additionally I always wanted to invest in certain shares of certain corporations.

                      It turned out that this trading mode was discontinued recently. I had no clue about that to be fair. It’s a pity that olymp trade customers don’t have the opportunity to invest in the blue chips. But nonetheless thanks to the support for explaining everything to me anyways.

                        I have been using olymp trade for a long time now and I am already a trader with a decent experience. But I have noticed that the market has changed and I am not making any kind of profits. So I was thinking what to do and I have heard that I have to stack with mechanical trading like the rules that I will follow no matter what's happening. And I have found the olymp trade advisor that would give the signals but I could not find how to turn in on. So why can you not make it easier to find. I can not use it if I can not find it? Is it the way how to treat your customers?

                          I was contact olmp trad customer care many time, they refuce to answer my email comunication. i am get any response from olymp trad. i was deposited 8000, after some days earned 2000, then i withdraw 8000, suddenly they block my trading account, after long fallowup no answer from olymp trad. payment not yet credited to my bank account.                             I guess you know that olymp trade has a place where we can take strategies. And I have heard from traders that it is very good and you can make a lot of profits out of that. But I have noticed that not always it is working as it has to do. I mean if the signal is short the price should go down, and if it is a good report it has to go up, right? I do not know how to interact with that mismatch from the olymp trade. It works only 70% of the time.

                              I have recently registered here for a trader, and I was quite hopeful and positively wondering about the assets I was going to be able to find and trade there, I have heard much good words about it. I skipped the demo part altogether because I know how to trade, I just wanted to get in on the action. Well, the platform looks fine, everything is there, I check the assets, my favorite forex pairs are there, some interesting ETF like assets with different price action structures, I start to examine them, I see a few assets that I think I know, it says ETF NASDAQ something, right, I know what that is, it is an etf that is supposed to follow the NASDAQ index, right? I check the price, it is something like 2 digits, 10 something, I can't believe it. The price does not belong to the actual asset, it does not even fit the reality, what kind of ETFs are that, same thing with the S&P. Are they kidding me, or are they lying to me, or there is something seriously wrong with the assets here?

                              Well, I checked the asset information, and turns out they were the reversal ETFs, which are constructed for traders who would like to bet against the index, and structured completely in a different, complex way, I have never heard about those before. So I actually checked the prices on those ETFs and it fits with the numbers I see on the Olymp's platform. I practically rush to have a rant on the platform while there was nothing wrong with it, allright, my bad guys

To understand ETF, you must analyze its internal structure. For example, the rise or fall in stock-based ETFs for natural gas directly depends on what’s happening with natural gas. An index-based ETF behaves just like an index.

                              During analysis, it is important to remember which ETF you are analyzing. If a reversal, then in case of growth in the asset (or group of assets) included in the ETF, the ETF itself will fall, and vice versa.

                              For example, the Nasdaq Reversal 2x ETF is a fund that has an inverse relationship to the Nasdaq (American index). This means that if, due to various reasons, the Nasdaq drops, then the fund’s shares will grow. At the same time, growth in the Nasdaq index will be accompanied by a fall in the fund's stock. 2x means the stock will grow or fall twice as fast as the index.

                              To analyze how the fund’s stocks will behave, you must, first and foremost, analyze the situation in the US stock market. If there is a crisis, it makes sense to buy ETF stocks in anticipation of further growth.

                                I have used olymp trade not for a long time and I can state that it is a solid broker but there is stuff that I do not actually understand. There is an indicator called sentiment and I tried to use it, but it was a failure. I mean its written that it basically shows the long/short ratio, so if the longs are more, prices have to go up and vice versa. So why am I having these issues? Why do you put that indicator if it is not even working?

                                That was the most unprofessional thing I have ever done in my entire life. I am not sure if I will recover from that failure. It turned out for me that market sentiment does not show the direction of the movement, can you imagine? I mean now I think that it could be like that because everyone would have been millionaires now.

                                Thanks very much for your balanced and fair review of the Olymp Trade platform. We are glad that you are interested in the sentiment indicator. Sentiment shows the ratio of all open trades for a selected asset. The red segment of the indicator line shows what percentage of traders is opening DOWN trades, the green, UP trades. Hence the second name for Sentiment — Traders’ Choice. It simply shows how many people choose up and down. It would not guarantee that the price will go up or down accordingly.

                                  I have already registered a complaint regarding my problem to which the customer support responded but Been more than a month still no progress. Last asked for my bank statement and since then they have been quiet. It’s going to be almost 2 months since my complaint and 8 months since i made the withdrawal which I never received.
