I deposit 40000inr after I check how much withdrawal process time take
After I withdrawal all amount they block my account without any reason
They told me you raise a chargeback request against
After I checked my bank the request made by mistake and I already cancel it
I send him all proof but they didn't unblock my account
Actually I request chargeback another transaction but the request made another transaction to olymp trade merchant but I cancel because it's made by mistake but they block my account permanent

I decided open a trading account with this broker for several reasons.
The first reason is my personal opinion. I have been studying the broker's trading conditions for a long time and they seem to be suitable for me.
The second reason is recommendation of my friend. To be more precise, he told me that this broker has a bonus system that will help me to start trading.
But apparently there are no bonuses here. I can't write to my friend yet as he is away on vacation but I feel that something is wrong...

I have heard a lot about the Olymp Trade broker, and I shouldn't conceal this information - I heard only positive feedback from current clients. Literally everything on the platform was described by this or that trader in a very positive way.
So, that's the primary reason why I decided to enter the website, scrutinize trading conditions and get down to trading with the Olymp trade.
Still, the registration process was quick, identity verification was smooth as well and there was nothing difficult in topping up the account. And, I received a bonus!
But people around continue talking that it's impossible, like this system isn't available anymore and so on and so forth. What's wrong guys? Olymp Trade doesn't even know it still has this system or what? Or I am an exclusion? =)

I was working so hard to collect those Experience Points and to progress to the next level. And finally, I reached that stage yesterday. I received a notification and they confirmed my progress on Traders’s way. Besides other perks, I was expecting to receive my well-deserved bonus as well.
However, even though I received a notification that I progressed when I opened my account today there was no bonus at all. My account size was the same. Am I doing something wrong, or Olymp Trade didn’t keep their promise?

Where is consumer rights? Minimum one time company should warn client : that you are violating this or that policy or agreement, please avoid it otherwise we may block your account within 24h. But no company never warn you and suddenly block your account like client has no rights on his own money. 98% plus client do not read T&C. They just trust on the platform because everyone is using this. And as results of this they get blocked account. betrayed. There is no consumer rights in it. Money is mine but complete control on company's Hand. Seems like no rules and regulations apply for them . All rules and regulations for clients. Should we take legal action against this company?

My friend told me about this broker claiming that I've never seen something like this before. Well... I took his words, cuz I really haven't traded with a big number of brokers, so I could assume that this company might be quite interesting to me. Especially taking into account how my pal described services here.
I hoped for a bonus, sincerely speaking. I knew there must've been 100% deposit bonus once after I top up for the first time, and I got it.
But, guys... They want to turn off this system forever!
Was I misguided? Probably. The platform itself is really packed up with different functions and infrastructure itself is pretty appealing, but what's up with bonunses, hm? No way.

I don't know whether or not they are deliberately fiddling with the levels of money and profits you can make based on your orders and positions on this platform. Let me tell you in-detail. I came here and registered for this platform knowing absolutely nothing about it. I have heard that it is a good broker and it is possible to make good amounts of money if you correctly and get your trades right.

Fine, I will do it. I registered, I get on the platform and start trading. I know how much money I am putting in on a position, I know my leveraging facto by the number, i know my entry and exit levels. So, I can calculate the amount of money I should be earning based on the math. But no. it does not add up. I sometimes win more than I should. I read about some profitability numbers and that is not the things I am seeing on the platform, I am earning more.

I think they might be deliberately giving me more money so that I get hooked, and then they will probably take all my money, right?

Before opening trading account with this company I studied all trading conditions of this broker for several weeks. I read a huge number of reviews.
On the basis of all this Irealized that this company provides a huge number of auxiliary services. Including information services with statistical data about each financial instrument.
But it seems that this is not true. I didn't find any statistical data on the platform. There is only trading terminal, an account management menu and few other services. But there is no data.
Have they removed this feature from the platform?

It's been 8 days withdrawal is not reflected in my bank account I called bank they said there is no transaction of such amount dis is request id[protected]

I know that mobile platforms typically do not have multiple chart options, but why is it that my desktop version does not have the multiple chart option either? It was one of the functionalities that I thought I would get to utilize using this broker, but apparently, I thought wrong. There are so many other functional features on the platform for them to overlook something so basic. Honestly, it is quite disappointing to see, because I had very high expectations and hopes for this broker, but another one bites the dust.

This platform always gives me the best service, so I want the same this time too.

I can't say I've been trading on this trading platform for a long time but I've get used to it. And recently I read in one of the reviews that this platform can be installed on a computer. So I can get desktop version of the platfomr.
I'm sure that would make it much easier for me to access it. Moreover, it is convenient for me to take my laptop with me everywhere.
But, unfortunately, I cannot download the platform to my computer. I follow the instructions and download application from the official website. And apparently the download begins. But there is nothing in the Downloads folder on my laptop.
Maybe broker has not set up this function and it is not possible to download the platform yet.

I would like to write about one problem I had while using this trading platform.
I realize that my problem is insignificant, but nevertheless I decided to write about it. Perhaps someone from Olymp Trade will read my review and fix this bug.
I have seen on videos that charts of currency pairs and other assets are displayed using Japanese candlesticks. I hope I called this type of charts correctly.
But on my version of the platform the chart is displayed as a line. Maybe there was a recent update of the platform or I installed a different version of the platform on my computer. But it would be better if they corrected it and left only the platform with Japanese candlesticks.

The platform is intuitive and simple when it comes to executing trades and analyzing charts. It may be overwhelming in the beginning, but once you get accustomed you will feel comfortable and confident.
However, after some time I am still making the same mistake. Mixing up FTT and Forex trading. I found myself many times wanting to enter a forex trade and execute the trade, only to see that I had entered a trade in FTT mode. They need to make it more clear, and easier to switch between trading modes.

Olymp trade is a secure broker that has a lot of things to point out as advantages.
One of those I think is the absence of spreads. The company purely relies on commission on every deal. It may seem unreasonable for a trader but actually trading here is quite cost efficient.
I like to trade positionally so sometimes swaps are a pain in the ###. And what a surprise was for me to know that Olymp trade has a swap free account.
But I can’t find it anywhere. Does it exist or what?

Olymp trade has blocked my account and they have not even completed my withdrawal.
It's a proper scam
