    So here is what happened guys. I was minding my business when I just randomly came across a video in youtube where a guy talks about his algorithms that he has developed and launched to that market. And he was talking about how profitable yet hard it is and then I thought about it in a very serious manner. It is good, if you can hang out and your trading is going on, right? I was thinking in that way as well. And I finally found out that olymp trade has some sort of algorithms that I want to mention are very affordable. And I was thinking that it is super good that I can buy basically for a couple of dollars trading signals from one of the biggest brokers in the whole world! And I decided to buy it and successfully did it. But I also found out that either I receive signals very seldom or they are not coming at all. I don't understand, yeah it is cheap but I paid for scalping so I'm gonna receive a lot of signals. I basically don't understand how come I can not figure out how that is working. If I am doing everything as it should be then it just is not worth it. Should I discard it or should I wait?

    Oh my goodness. How could I miss that, it was basically written there in the FAQ section about that signal. There is actually a lot of difference between types and you have to choose which one you need. I am so sorry that I have spent your time on that simple yet stupid question!

          It was the main feature for me to trade fixed time and what’s more important to trade fast. In this regard I can make the most profits out of the market due to the high frequency trading during the trading day.
          But whatever I do I can’t set the expiration time to less than 1 minute on the platform. Yet I clearly remember the customer support telling me that it’s possible. Maybe support is misleading the clients idk.

          Probably I missed that it was a separate feature called Quickler that allows you to trade with 5 seconds expiration time. Props to support team for clearing this up for me.

Please go to the Fixed Time Trade mode. You can choose any asset. Under the tab “Duration”, you can slide left to right to the Quick. In Quick, you can choose 5s, 15s, 30s, and 45s.

            I have been trading on olymp trade since many years . It’s been almost 3 or more year I had been trading on olymp trade . I had incurred many losses with brokers . But when I started making money on olymp trade they started imposing limits and also stopped all internal transactions .
            Now they had completely blocked my account having more that 13000 European dollars (more than 13 lakh rs in my account ) giving reason that I used 2 accounts with broker . I had been trading since this single account since 3 years but suddenly how can they come up with this and block my account from their side . This is insane .
            That was my money .
            I request olymp trade to unblock my account with immediate effect

                I have just begun trading on Olymp Trade and have had a mostly positive experience. However, I recently faced a problem while placing stop-loss orders.
                The problem arose when I placed a trade and mistakenly set the wrong stop-loss level. As a result, my position was closed earlier than I had intended.
                I was wondering if there is any way to change the price of the order if an incorrect price is mistakenly entered, similar to the mistake I made? It would be strange if the broker did not consider this or if they were attempting to take our money by limiting our options.

We are glad to tell you that you can change the level of stop loss however you want. In the Forex mode, under the Amount box, you can find the Auto-closing box. Here you can change the stop loss/ take profit according to the percentage or the price. Just click on the icon to switch from one to another.

                  I deposited 98, 000rs last week and due to lack of confidence I was trading in demo account due to need of money I tried withdrawing 10, 000rs so Olymp trade blocked my account telling suspicious activity and they replied after 24 hours telling this

                  During the audit of your trading account suspicious non trading activity was noticed, based on clause 1.4 of our AML/KYC policy your trading account is now a subject of internal investigation.
                  Once the check is finalized the notification will be sent.

                  If withdrawing my own funds is a suspicious non trading activity idk what it kind of company u guys run

                        I have been really disappointed with my experience on Olymp Trade. I couldn't find a way to switch between the different chart types on the platform, which is a basic feature that should be easy to access. It's really frustrating and makes me question the competence of the broker. Even the timeframes, I wonder what the other trading experiences would be like. I'm definitely considering switching to a different platform that makes it easier to use basic features like this.

                          I am now using expert status and I chose that almost first day that I started trading in olymp trade and I quite don't understand the difference or I do not feel that. Why did I choose that if there is no difference between statuses and why that statuses even exist if there is no difference at all! I am considering changing my levels and statuses. That is a big problem for me becuase I do not feel and understand the difference between my premium account and basic account. But in general trading is pretty fun for me right now! It is very smooth in general and quite fast! I hope I understand what is happening!

                              I was trying to use web page for trading and it was very good but kind of it doesn't fit me because I do not feel like I am trading and I lose my concentration a lot so I decided to download windows app but because there is no detailed manual I could not succeed and just spend huge tone of time trying to make it possible, I don't know maybe my pc is not fitting for that purpose but I run that downloader and then some sort of confusing stuff so I just gave up and went to web page again.

                                I was so enthusiastic about the USDT account of olymp trade. I am new to this crypto movement but it seems to me it has a big future to it. Hence why I think Olymp is going in the right direction with this.
                                Nevertheless, when I was testing the crypto payment with the minimum $10 deposit something has gone wrong I suppose because I haven’t got my money in the account.
                                I did everything that was written in the instruction. Chose the amount, picked a random blockchain network and that’s it.
                                Maybe the broker forgot to include some additional steps idk.

                                  I have submitted all the necessary documents and done facial verification along with proof of payment. My account was verified completely and then I placed withdrawal request of my 1200$. I had an accident 3 months and because of that my health situation is not well since then. I have mailed to your support team and supervisor team to process my withdrawal quickly because my health condition is degrading by every passing day but unfortunately no response. My 1200$ were my lifeline and I was desperately waiting for it to be processed. Yesterday morning I received mail to verify my account again. I verified my account again, I have received mail from Christine(kyc department) that my account is fully verified. Then all of a sudden evening I was not able to login to my account as it was blocked along with 1200$. That 1200$ are all I have left. If my money is not credited then suicide is my last option. Because I don't have any other option left to survive. I have mailed to every department but no one has responded to my mails. My life is in your hands now. You are my only hope.

                                    Before opening a trading account on this platform, I read many reviews. And in some of these reviews there was information that the broker provides forecasts for each asset, as well as there is an opportunity to view the history of quotations.
                                    Unfortunately, I couldn't find the section with these data on the platform.
                                    Is it possible that I have some cut version of the platform? I would like to receive the service in its entirety. Also, I don't believe that those reviews were untrue.

                                    It looks like it's time for me to buy glasses to improve my eyesight. Or do I need to take vitamins for better attention... I didn't see arrows in the menu with the additional asset data. They allow me to switch between windows. Among those windows I found those I wrote about.

To see the forecast and history for each asset, you can simply access to our Asset figure. For each asset, you can clock on the “I” icon. This leads to an interface gathering all information for that asset.

                                      I tried to also withdraw some of my money, but it was useless. After filing complaints with no response, which made me check for (w w w .Glowbancircuit . tech ) and i was able to watch several testimonies and reviews which led me to the retrieval of my funds back. Beware of where you invest your funds.
