I am completely new to trading. My friends have suggested that I use olymp trade because they have been clients of olymp trade for a long time. So I just started and I tried to do my journey exactly in olymp trade. So I went there and read what is forex, what is candle and so on. And then when I started to use the strategies that are in the olymp trade official page I did not succeed. And now I feel completely lost in that big as hell world of trading.

Guys, I came back to say that I actually made a huge mistake when I wrote that comment. Now I understand that it was actually an example and the market has different cycles. I was unlucky to use those indicators when there was a flat market. Now it is kind of profitable.

    I do not understand how that app works. What is that OTC and why don't I get anything? I went to see some EUR/USD charts and completely collapsed. I could not even find a strategy that is working for me and for my trading style. I was trading and then I realized that what the hell is that OTC thingy. Why I can not handle it and why there is a different charts. I do not know how to do it guys. It was higher payback but I don't understand why there is such a difference because the base assets are the same and I am trading the same thing.

    Shame on me guys, that did not even crossed my mind that I can goodle it. It was so simple to find out what is otc actually mean. It literally means over the counter. Now I am worried to not say such a thing anymore.

We are glad to inform you that OTC (Over-The-Counter) assets are formed not within a formal exchange but on the basis of over-the-counter information sources. The distinctive feature of the OTC market lies in the principle that the OTC traders act as market makers and have the right to independently set the price of the assets.

    The main difference lies in the fact that the liquidity providers do not participate in transactions with OTC assets, as the company executes the trade independently. That is, the participation of liquidity providers is not required for the opening and early closing of the trade. In OTC the trade is made at the moment of agreeing on the essential terms with the company. If you think that this instrument is too risky for you, then we suggest using cryptocurrencies on weekends and regular currency pairs on working days.

      Hi I am Rajkumar Lahare
      I have deposited 200$ on 9 June and make a trade of 10$ and lost it then I made my withdrawal of 190$ they blocked my account without any and till date more than days I haven't received my refund they are just saying some procedure is going on we will give you your refund when it will complete I can't understand when I will get my money please help me I am in very much troubles please

        Olymp trade blocked my account when there are 13000 euro dollars in it . And the reason they quoted is that I have multiple accounts .
        Sir I had been trading on this single account since years . I my self verified with support team before starting trading on my account whether it can be blocked in future by giving any reason, they denied it and asked to continue trading and told me that it will not be blocked . Since then, I had been using this account for trading and never used any other account .it’s almost been 3 years o[censored]sing olymp trade . I lost lakhs of money on olymp trade . They could had blocked my account in last 3 years if they really had to, but they blocked it when my funds are there in olymp trade account . 13000 euro might not matter to olymp trade but it’s Do or die situation for me . It’s my earning . How can they suddenly block and hold all my money in account . This is unfair practice and should be stopped . I just want my money in my account back to my banks .
        I hope a reasonable action must be taken against broker and my money should be returned to me as soon as possible .

              So here is what happened guys. I was minding my business when I just randomly came across a video in youtube where a guy talks about his algorithms that he has developed and launched to that market. And he was talking about how profitable yet hard it is and then I thought about it in a very serious manner. It is good, if you can hang out and your trading is going on, right? I was thinking in that way as well. And I finally found out that olymp trade has some sort of algorithms that I want to mention are very affordable. And I was thinking that it is super good that I can buy basically for a couple of dollars trading signals from one of the biggest brokers in the whole world! And I decided to buy it and successfully did it. But I also found out that either I receive signals very seldom or they are not coming at all. I don't understand, yeah it is cheap but I paid for scalping so I'm gonna receive a lot of signals. I basically don't understand how come I can not figure out how that is working. If I am doing everything as it should be then it just is not worth it. Should I discard it or should I wait?

              Oh my goodness. How could I miss that, it was basically written there in the FAQ section about that signal. There is actually a lot of difference between types and you have to choose which one you need. I am so sorry that I have spent your time on that simple yet stupid question!

                    It was the main feature for me to trade fixed time and what’s more important to trade fast. In this regard I can make the most profits out of the market due to the high frequency trading during the trading day.
                    But whatever I do I can’t set the expiration time to less than 1 minute on the platform. Yet I clearly remember the customer support telling me that it’s possible. Maybe support is misleading the clients idk.

                    Probably I missed that it was a separate feature called Quickler that allows you to trade with 5 seconds expiration time. Props to support team for clearing this up for me.

                      I have been trading on olymp trade since many years . It’s been almost 3 or more year I had been trading on olymp trade . I had incurred many losses with brokers . But when I started making money on olymp trade they started imposing limits and also stopped all internal transactions .
                      Now they had completely blocked my account having more that 13000 European dollars (more than 13 lakh rs in my account ) giving reason that I used 2 accounts with broker . I had been trading since this single account since 3 years but suddenly how can they come up with this and block my account from their side . This is insane .
                      That was my money .
                      I request olymp trade to unblock my account with immediate effect

                          I have just begun trading on Olymp Trade and have had a mostly positive experience. However, I recently faced a problem while placing stop-loss orders.
                          The problem arose when I placed a trade and mistakenly set the wrong stop-loss level. As a result, my position was closed earlier than I had intended.
                          I was wondering if there is any way to change the price of the order if an incorrect price is mistakenly entered, similar to the mistake I made? It would be strange if the broker did not consider this or if they were attempting to take our money by limiting our options.

Here you can change the stop loss/ take profit according to the percentage or the price. Just click on the icon to switch from one to another.

                            I deposited 98, 000rs last week and due to lack of confidence I was trading in demo account due to need of money I tried withdrawing 10, 000rs so Olymp trade blocked my account telling suspicious activity and they replied after 24 hours telling this

                            During the audit of your trading account suspicious non trading activity was noticed, based on clause 1.4 of our AML/KYC policy your trading account is now a subject of internal investigation.
                            Once the check is finalized the notification will be sent.

                            If withdrawing my own funds is a suspicious non trading activity idk what it kind of company u guys run

                                  I have been really disappointed with my experience on Olymp Trade. I couldn't find a way to switch between the different chart types on the platform, which is a basic feature that should be easy to access. It's really frustrating and makes me question the competence of the broker. Even the timeframes, I wonder what the other trading experiences would be like. I'm definitely considering switching to a different platform that makes it easier to use basic features like this.

                                  In my defense, I am new to the platform. The button for the chart types was right there at the bottom staring at me all this while. I think I am getting a hang of the platform now and it is making a lot of sense now.

To switch from one chart to another, you just need to click on the second icon from the left bottom of the chart. It’s called chart types. There would be a list of charts for you to choose from.

                                    I am now using expert status and I chose that almost first day that I started trading in olymp trade and I quite don't understand the difference or I do not feel that. Why did I choose that if there is no difference between statuses and why that statuses even exist if there is no difference at all! I am considering changing my levels and statuses. That is a big problem for me becuase I do not feel and understand the difference between my premium account and basic account. But in general trading is pretty fun for me right now! It is very smooth in general and quite fast! I hope I understand what is happening!
