Chandramukhi Realty LLP, A unit of VIBGYOR Group, taken a loan of Rs. 10000.00 on 31.12.2012 from Soma Datta, Partner ID PIDBHOO22230 Certificate No BHOO23569 for a tenure of 66 months, payable on30.06.2018 an amount of Rs. 20000.00. I am yet to receive any communication from them. Kindly suggest a way to get back my investment at your earliest convenience.

I am not received any amount till today.

I have withdrawn the admission of my kid Soham Mane on dated 23rd Feb 23 and paid 35000/Rs advance fees to school since due to his health issue we have decided to withdraw his admission.

Further I have requested them to initiate the refund of 35k which I have paid for his admission which they denied even after sending legal notice they are releasing the payment.
They asked to withdraw legal notice so that we can try but again they denied.

We paid our daughter fees for the term and unfortunately due to unavoidable personal reasons we couldn't join her there and requested refund. The school asked to raise a request for the same. After several months they are confirming not approved for refund. It's not a small amount just to leave and go. It's the amount 26000....

This is my duty to inform you that inside the Vibgyor school there is some illegal warehouse activity are running by the Vibgyor school management at care parking basement since longer time as earlier we made complaint from local citizen in terms of fire safety concern of current kids who all are studying as earlier fire safety team had visited but unfortunately school team got news that NNMC fire safety government team are visiting at that moment they have shifted their materials on 07 th floor and government officials did not get any clue as I insist need to raid surprisingly as this a matter of many children safety as per norms and underguidline given by NMMC which not followed.

As there is no safety for laborer's staff while working at basement/No approved government documents under Maharashtra warehouse running business/ work permit/Fire safety of kids.

Request you for immediate action to stop such activity as attaching some photographs for proof.

Vibgyor school staff name who are involved for illegal business and need to punish as per Maharashtra rules and regulation and this school business registered under many companies under Ampersand group and warehouse running under kare enterprise and student Kare online e-commerce illegal business.

Non cumulative mis done...for Rs 1 lakhs at Vibgyor Gold limited by my father the same got matured long back but still no sign of communication.

Let me know where to communicate and get my principal and interest amount

Mera payment ka date 2 year pahle ho chuka hai mujhe payment nahi mil raha hai

I invested Rs. 40000 in Fixed deposit of Vibgyor Gold Ltd. and I was promised to get the maturity amount with 12.5% interest p.a. (compounded quarterly on my principal amount) at the end of three years. However, the company has discontinued the payment. The last cheque which I received from the company got bounced due to inadequate balance in sender's account.

I would request the company's authorities to return my money ASAP,...

Refund should be given as anyhow school is still doing admission process in the month of June and filling up the balance quota of admissions. They have taken fee of someone who never joined the school and did not attend the orientation as well organized by school.

Dear Sir,

My son is studying Vibgyor school for 5th standards. I come accross payment structure. Looks like Vibgyor is doing daily finance since I have how you are changing late payment charges. they have said if you need to payment of 50000 late payment changes will be 50000/3*no of days (means 10 rupees interest per day) around 40 rupees per day.

Please resolve this asap.
