          I had high hopes, expectations and a lot of motivation when I came here to trading. It is my second day, and I was already worried about the assets that are so-called tradable. So here I am, opening up my account. I have worked all week and couldn't wait for the weekend to have a free time. My friends told me to come here because there are risk-free trades, and I am sort of new to this. Therefore, I was really eager to try out forex trading without taking a lot of risk. I open my account, deposit some money, deposit gets in so I can use my money to make more money. Everything is going well so far. The platform opens, I see all these assets but I cannot trade them! Some assets are moving like cryptos and some market indexes. But no forex pairs are on the move. I open their chart but nothing is happening. Why do you add so many forex assets if I cannot trade them at all? What's the point of seeing them If I am not able to trade them finally on a sunday afternoon, right?

          Oh, silly me. I guess I required to get acquainted with the industry closer, and there would be no hassle then. I didn't know that the market is closed on the weekends and for no reasons decided to try trading on sunday. Thanks OlympTrade team for dotting the i's. I promise I will gain more knowledge about this sphere, it was just my second day, don't be outraged, plz :D

                      I have recently updated two factor authentication by google authenticator app and unknowingly i have uninstalled the app and i have lost the backup code and there is no way i can login to my account. So please help me with this issue as there is a email address and phone number i have updated try to recover my account through any one of those. And the website of olymp trade does not have any option to recover my account and also there is no customer support. Olymp trade does not give me any option to recover my account and they can use my mobile number instead of two factor authentication

                            I have made a deposit of 70 dollars to my Olymp Trade account on 12 April 2023. It has been more 12 days, i am following with the support team for updates on my deposit.
                            It is very fishy they haven't credited the amount to my trading account nor the amount has been deposited back to my bank account.
                            They dont have customer support to call them. We have to follow up only through emails where they only reply after multiple reminders with standard messages.

They accepted that there is an error in the Payment gateway system.I am Partially happy that the money has been given back to my trading account. I have initiated a new request for withdrawal.                               ***It was a NetBanking Deposit of $20.00 through Olymp Trade on February 10 2023 and an IMPS Debit of INR 1652.00 (on the same date at the same time) from my Indusind Bank Account with IMPS Reference Number -- IMPS/P2P/[protected]/9240/
                              (Note: It was not through any UPI app)

                              Have not received a Refund of the Missing Deposited Amount of $20 nor the amount has been credited to my Olymp Trade Account till now. Documents to Verify the Payment are Attached in this email.

                              Payment Merchant Name (I was Redirected to complete the payment by Olymp Trade) :-- Chalopay
                              Payment Merchant Website :-- payment.chalopay.instantcollect.net

                              Greetings,

                              I tried doing a Net Banking Deposit on February 10 2023 with Deposit Request no. [protected] for $20.00 (INR 1652.00). The funds were debited from my Bank Account but were never Credited to my Olymp Trade Account and are Still Missing.
                              I have not received a Refund of that amount till now.

                              I clicked on the Deposit Option then selected 'NetBanking' as the Payment Method, filled in the rest of the Details. Then I was redirected to a Payment Merchant Website by the name 'Chalopay' with Website Address: payment.chalopay.instantcollect.net I completed my Payment Process. The Payment was 'SUCCESSFUL'.
                              The amount of INR 1652.00 was debited from my Indusind Bank Account immediately.

                              After completing the Payment Process I clicked on the 'Return To Merchant' option on the 'Payment Merchant's Website' then I was redirected to Olymp Trade Payment Page where I clicked on the 'I have paid' option. The Olymp Trade Payment Screen started loading and it said Processing your payment and there was an estimated time frame.

                              Since then in my Olymp Trade Account, Payments, Transactions Section the 'Status' for that Deposit of $20 on FEBRUARY 10 2023 with Request no. [protected] is 'Failed'.

                              Now it is more than 75 DAYS since the Time and the Date of that Particular Transaction of $20 which was FEBRUARY 10 2023 and I still have not received a Refund of that amount nor have I received any information via email from Olymp Trade about the same.

                              So if you could Please look into the matter, sort this out and either credit USD 20.00 to my Olymp Account or issue a Refund of INR 1652.00 back to my Indusind Bank Account

                              Please Find the Attached Files for the Documents to Verify that the Payment was debited from my Bank Account.
                              I am attaching the Screenshot from my INDUSIND BANK NETBANKING Screen showing the IMPS Transaction on FEBRUARY 10 2023 for INR 1652.00 with IMPS Ref No:[protected].

                              I have sent all the Payment Related Screen Shots and my Official Indusind Bank Statement to all the emails for Olymp Trade Support Team but they are not Responding.

                              I am attaching 2 Screenshots from February 10 2023 of the Same Time I completed the Payment on OlympTrade Website (with a Time Difference of about 30 Minutes) and it kept Showing a Time Frame of 15 Mins for Payment Processing.
                              I am also attaching the Screenshot of the email sent by my Bank (Indusind Bank) for the Particular Transaction on the same date which was February 10 2023.
                              I am (once again) attaching the Screenshot from my INDUSIND BANK NETBANKING Screen showing the IMPS Transaction on FEBRUARY 10 2023 for INR 1652.00 with IMPS Ref No:[protected]. (Transaction Highlighted)

                              This Complaint update is about "The Same Missing Deposit of 20 USD" which I tried Depositing through the Net-Banking option available on OlympTrade.com on February 10 2023

                              I sent the First email about the "Missing 20 USD" to OlympTrade's Support email <[protected]@olymptrade.com> on February 21 2023 with enough Documents to prove that INR 1652.00 was deducted from my Bank Account.
                              I also shared the Name of the Payment Merchants Website I was Redirected to and I also took and shared the Screen Shots from of the Payment Merchant, Before and After completing the Payment.

                              Then I got the Automated Reply from Olymp Trade and after sometime I received another email from Olymp Trade Support Team on February 21 2023
                              The Mentioned Agent's Name on the email was "Soumik" and in this email he mentioned :
                              ""The task has been created today and the task completion time can take up to 5 working days."" and also this ""However, please be assured that we would have an update by[protected].""

                              After that I did not get any Response on that email.
                              Since, then I've sent so many emails with the same Concern to all of Olymp Trade's Support emails including the email which had a "Ticket Number" on them.
                              And all of Those emails are: [protected]+[protected]@tickets.helpdesk.com,
                              [protected]@olymptrade.com,
                              Support <[protected]@olymptrade.com>,
                              [protected]+[protected]@tickets.helpdesk.com,
                              [protected]+[protected]@tickets.helpdesk.com,

                              I have shared every bit of Information related to that Payment Proving that I Paid an Amount of INR 1652 on February 10 2023 to a Payment Merchant to which Olymp Trade "Redirected" to.
                              I have Shared my Official Bank Statement and even the screen shots of the "Text Msgs" sent by "Indusind Bank" about the Debit of INR 1652

                              I used to Receive the Automated Reply from Olymp Trade on every email I've sent with this concern and sometimes I got "Replies" with "Different Agent Names" saying the same things in every email, LIKE :
                              """"The task has been created today and the task completion time can take up to 5 working days.""

                              Then I stopped receiving any "Replies" from "Olymp Trade" about the Same.

                              Then I came to know about this Website "www.consumercomplaints.in" and I Posted my First complaint here on April 26, 2023. "Olymp Trade" just Commented on my Posted Complaint here and then I did not Receive any update about the Same.

                              I Posted the Second Complaint here (about the same) on May 8, 2023 to which, I Received a "Reply" email from "Olymp Trade" on May 9 2023. The Reply from Olymp Trade was on the email I've sent them (about the same concern) on 'March 16 2023'
                              The agent's Name on this 'Replied email' was "Subha"
                              And this 'Replied email' had the Same Copy Pasted Script telling me the Same Thing :
                              ""We have updated the shared documents in the task today. Our team will start investigating the issue further. Please be informed that after any documents have been updated in the task, the team may take up to 5 working days to investigate it.""
                              There was another 'Copy Pasted' Comment on this Complaint by Olymp Trade

                              Few More Days Passed but I still had no update on my Missing 20 USD and I sent more emails to Olymp Trade but there was no Reply to those emails.

                              So I Posted another Complaint here on May 15, 2023 to which I Received a "Reply" from Olymp Trade Agent Name - 'Anish Sebastian' on May 17 2023 who again said ""Maximum period for the task to get resolved is up to 5 working days"" and there was a same Comment on this Complaint as the Previous ones.


                              Now, it is more that 3 Months or more than 100 Days and I still have no update about my Missing Deposit Amount of 20 USD.
                              And each time "Olymp Trade" responds to any of my emails or complaints every time they add '5 Working Days to Finish the Task.'

                              In 20 More days my Missing Deposit Amount of 20 USD will be Missing for more than 4 Months.

                              And Olymp Trade will send another email saying ""Maximum period for the task to get resolved is up to 5 working days""

                              Since, then I've sent so many emails with the same Concern to all of Olymp Trade's Support emails including the email which had a "Ticket Number" on them.

                              I have shared every bit of Information related to that Payment Proving that I Paid an Amount of INR 1652 on February 10 2023 to a Payment Merchant to which Olymp Trade "Redirected" to.
                              I have Shared my Official Bank Statement and even the screen shots of the "Text Msgs" sent by "Indusind Bank" about the Debit of INR 1652

                              I used to Receive the Automated Reply from Olymp Trade on every email I've sent with this concern and sometimes I got "Replies" with "Different Agent Names" saying the same things in every email, LIKE :
                              """"The task has been created today and the task completion time can take up to 5 working days.""

                              Then I stopped receiving any "Replies" from "Olymp Trade" about the Same.

                              Then I came to know about this Website "www.consumercomplaints.in" and I Posted my First complaint here on April 26, 2023. "Olymp Trade" just Commented on my Posted Complaint here and then I did not Receive any update about the Same.

                              I Posted the Second Complaint here (about the same) on May 8, 2023 to which, I Received a "Reply" email from "Olymp Trade" on May 9 2023. The Reply from Olymp Trade was on the email I've sent them (about the same concern) on 'March 16 2023'
                              The agent's Name on this 'Replied email' was "Subha"
                              And this 'Replied email' had the Same Copy Pasted Script telling me the Same Thing :
                              ""We have updated the shared documents in the task today. Our team will start investigating the issue further. Please be informed that after any documents have been updated in the task, the team may take up to 5 working days to investigate it.""
                              There was another 'Copy Pasted' Comment on this Complaint by Olymp Trade

                              Few More Days Passed but I still had no update on my Missing 20 USD and I sent more emails to Olymp Trade but there was no Reply to those emails.

                              So I Posted another Complaint here on May 15, 2023 to which I Received a "Reply" from Olymp Trade Agent Name - 'Anish Sebastian' on May 17 2023 who again said ""Maximum period for the task to get resolved is up to 5 working days"" and there was a same Comment on this Complaint as the Previous ones.


                              Now, it is more that 3 Months or more than 100 Days and I still have no update about my Missing Deposit Amount of 20 USD.
                              And each time "Olymp Trade" responds to any of my emails or complaints every time they add '5 Working Days to Finish the Task.'

                              In 20 More days my Missing Deposit Amount of 20 USD will be Missing for more than 4 Months.

                              And Olymp Trade will send another email saying ""Maximum period for the task to get resolved is up to 5 working days""

                              This Complaint update is about "The Same Missing Deposit of 20 USD" which I tried Depositing through the Net-Banking option available on OlympTrade.com on February 10 2023

                              I sent the First email about the "Missing 20 USD" to OlympTrade's Support email <[email protected]> on February 21 2023 with enough Documents to prove that INR 1652.00 was deducted from my Bank Account.
                              I also shared the Name of the Payment Merchants Website I was Redirected to and I also took and shared the Screen Shots from of the Payment Merchant, Before and After completing the Payment.

                              Then I got the Automated Reply from Olymp Trade and after sometime I received another email from Olymp Trade Support Team on February 21 2023
                              The Mentioned Agent's Name on the email was "Soumik" and in this email he mentioned :
                              ""The task has been created today and the task completion time can take up to 5 working days."" and also this ""However, please be assured that we would have an update by 28-02-2023.""

                              After that I did not get any Response on that email.

                                    On 12 Of April, I Paid 700 Rupees For Trading. The Amount Was Deducted But Did Not Reflect In My Trading Account. I Waited But Nothing Happened. After 48 Hours I Complained About The Same And They Told Me That We Will Reach Out To You In 2-5 Days. But I Have Not Received Even A Single Mail From Them And My Amount Has Not Been Refunded. Please Help ASAP.

                                      My trader id is[protected] I deposited on 31/03/2023 first problem i faced while deposting through phone payment the payment sent n when i tried to fill the transaction id it showed wrong so i again tried with different payment method which is Paytm then i followed the process n enterd the earlier transaction id it showed done bt payment wont recived in 48 hrs so i raised complain they asked me many screen shots n bank transaction pdf i provided every documents they asked n now they are not responding my mail also what behavior is this i would suggest u not to trade with olymp trade they are nothing bt actually a thief i will fiile a case against their team bcz i have proof of their mail replys n transaction details 24 days passed how frustating it is just imagine we are not so rich so a 3280 matters a lot i m a regular trader now i faced very loss for them
