Complaint about Failed Transaction and Request for Refund

Dear Olymp Trade Customer Support,

I am writing to file a complaint regarding a failed transaction that occurred on 11th April 2023 on your platform. On that day, I attempted to deposit Rs.5991.96 into my Olymp Trade account via the UPI QR payment method, but the transaction failed. However, when I checked my bank account statement, I noticed that the same amount was debited from my account.

      I have recently(15/04/2023) changed my phone and I did a reset on the mobile which my google authenticator was there which contained the 2-factor authentication of my Olymp Trade account, and now I have installed Google Authenticator application on my new mobile but I'm not getting the one-time code of Olymp Trade on the new mobile, and I'm not able to access the account, I kindly request the support team to respond quickly and resolve my issue.

        I have carefully studied the trading conditions of this broker and the services it provides to its customers. And with confidence that this broker is suitable for me on all parameters, I passed registration and verification.
        But first I wanted to start trading on demo platform. But I couldn't find any link to demo platform. Is this service not available to clients of this broker anymore?
        I don't have any trading experience and it will be a problem for me to start trading immediately on the real platform.

        I am so sorry that I wrote my complaint. This is due to the fact that I have no experience yet and I do not know how to call services properly. As it turned out I didn't need a demo platform but a demo account which is available in the trading platform menu. Now I have no problems. I apologize for the false accusation.

                Olymp trade has attracted me with the solid trading conditions and robust regulation in the first place. The possibility to trade hundreds of assets across several markets is awesome.
                There is also a high leverage available for more convenience and increased profits.
                Speaking of which, I didn't find it on the olymp trading platform. It’s either the broker does have some hidden conditions to get the 1:500 leverage, or it is not available at all.
                Either way it seems like a deception of clients.

                It turned out that I didn’t look the right way on the platform. Olymp trade leverage is called multiplier. Next time I should trade on the demo account to be more knowledgeable about the peculiarities of the company. Sorry for bothering.

                              I just recently decide to become a customer to this platform, and I need to say that I am having problems with it. So, what happened was that I basically read so many reviews and watched a lot of videos of other traders sharing their trading experience on this platform. They were telling and showing their strategies, how much they won and what they did to get those results. They were trading things like Cryptos, ETFs, some OTC instruments, Composites, Forex and so much more. So, in order to jumpstart my process, I registered an account, skipped the whole demo trading process and just did a deposit. I logged into the platform and all I see on the menu are just three categories, something called Fixed-Time that I don't understand what it is all about, Forex and Stocks. So where are all the ETFs, commodities that I was promised? I tried log in both from my laptop and on my phone, and it is all the same??

                              Okay maybe I was just too hasty to draw some conclusions, the three categories I talked about earlier, they were something called the trading modes, not the actual assets themselves. I browsed the platform a little bit further, and found the asset classes under the categories of the trading modes. It is all okay now, I am finally able to trade the commodities and ETFs I liked. And actually, there are so many more assets here to have fun with. Nice!

In this case, you need to choose if you want to trade in FTT or Forex. Under every mode, there are plenty of assets for you to trade with. You can easily find Cryptos, ETFs, OTC instruments, Composites…

                              Moreover, for a better result, we suggest you practice on the demo account first. This would prevent any unnecessary surprises for you when trading.

                                  I made a $20.21 withdrawal on 24 september 2022 then it reflected in my bank statement but it does not reflected in my bank balance after 2 days it is automatically returned, you can see in the picture the green marked and red marked is same number of id, i tried alot to solve the issue from the customer care, they didn't respond anything, they repeating the same thing in mail, so i live it, now only i know this consumer complaint site, i hope my money will cameback, please consider my problem
