      Please deposit my fund $999 USD or return back to my bank it's 3 months completed after the day of deposit I have send you all documents but still you not solving my issue and now you stoped replying on my emails also why you fools us why god was watching god will never forgive It's my hard earned money .

              Amount debited from my bank account but showing transaction failed | Olymp Trade

              Dear [Olymp Trade customer support],

              I am writing to file a complaint regarding a transaction that occurred on 11th April 2023 on your platform. I attempted to deposit Rs.5991.96 [a Total of Rs.6000(Rs.8.06 was a bonus)] into my Olymp Trade account via the UPI QR payment method, but the transaction failed. However, when I checked my bank account statement, I noticed that the same amount was debited from my account.

              I just recently decide to become a customer to this platform, and I need to say that I am having problems with it. So, what happened was that I basically read so many reviews and watched a lot of videos of other traders sharing their trading experience on this platform. They were telling and showing their strategies, how much they won and what they did to get those results. They were trading things like Cryptos, ETFs, some OTC instruments, Composites, Forex and so much more. So, in order to jumpstart my process, I registered an account, skipped the whole demo trading process and just did a deposit. I logged into the platform and all I see on the menu are just three categories, something called Fixed-Time that I don't understand what it is all about, Forex and Stocks. So where are all the ETFs, commodities that I was promised? I tried log in both from my laptop and on my phone, and it is all the same??

              Okay maybe I was just too hasty to draw some conclusions, the three categories I talked about earlier, they were something called the trading modes, not the actual assets themselves. I browsed the platform a little bit further, and found the asset classes under the categories of the trading modes. It is all okay now, I am finally able to trade the commodities and ETFs I liked. And actually, there are so many more assets here to have fun with. Nice!

              Regarding your question, Olymp Trade offers Fixed Time Trade and Forex. To see the assets, you need to go under trading modes. In this case, you need to choose if you want to trade in FTT or Forex. Under every mode, there are plenty of assets for you to trade with. You can easily find Cryptos, ETFs, OTC instruments, Composites…

              Moreover, for a better result, we suggest you practice on the demo account first. This would prevent any unnecessary surprises for you when trading.

                  I made a $20.21 withdrawal on 24 september 2022 then it reflected in my bank statement but it does not reflected in my bank balance after 2 days it is automatically returned, you can see in the picture the green marked and red marked is same number of id, i tried alot to solve the issue from the customer care, they didn't respond anything, they repeating the same thing in mail, so i live it, now only i know this consumer complaint site, i hope my money will cameback, please consider my problem

                    Before 6 months i made a withdrawal from olymp trade to my Bank account till now its not credited to my bank account, im also tried alot to get a solution from customer care but they didn't respond, they repeating the same thing, now only i saw this site, i hope to get a good solution

                        I’m currently trying your trading platform and find it extremely interesting. I have already tried both Forex and fixed-time. By the way, I’m trying fixed-time for the first time. Some people don’t take FTT seriously and even associate it with gambling, but it only shows that they are newbies as traders.
                        Despite I’m primarily interested in fixed-time trading, the classical way to trade also known as Forex when leverage is also practiced by me. However, I don’t see leverage here. To be exact, I have no idea how to change leverage size. I heard it can be done in the user interface. How can I change leverage?

                          Fake assets?

                          Just recently opened my account and started trading here. So I was just browsing through some assets. Very nice stocks, quite reasonable number of tradable foreign exchange pairs which I just love to trade. Some international market indexes, those are all right as well, and some commodities that definitely I know something about.

                          So far so good. But, there are just a few more assets, which are weirdly named like the Astro...

                          The broker has some innovative decisions in the trading. I was a bit skeptical about the trading modes. My initial thought was that they all are similar, and why bother to trade one or another.
                          But when I got acquainted with these modes and traded for a while on a demo, I realized the sense in them. They are not similar. Each of them has its own unique feel, and moreover they require a unique approach as well.
                          With my previous forex experience it took time to handle the fixed time mode. And I don’t think I completely figured it out.
                          Anyways, my problem with Olymp trade is that they don’t have leverage at all and it’s a big flaw.
                          I searched through the platform up and down and saw no signs of leverage as I used to have at other brokers. It seems like the broker was lying about leveraged trading on the website.

                          Sorry, due to my lack of knowledge and competence I didn't know that olymp trade leverage is called multiplier. I thought that multiplier stands for something completely other than leverage. My bad, but, you know, live and learn.

                              Regarding my deposit amount refund

                              I deposited a amount of 700 inr in olymp trade but the transaction is failed but my money is debited from my bank account on 7 march 2023. I send mail to the customer care regarding the problem and ask for refund. They check my mail and replied that your money will be safe and we forward your complaint to our finance section they process soon but still now nothing happened. I send several mails more than 10 mails but i get the same reply...

                              13 days after deposit olympian trade says that amount will be credited they are not giving me any suitable reply what to do to be in the account no problem even after giving a complaint

                                In fact, I'm trading here for couple of weeks in a row and even have some successful deals what was a big surprise for me as I ain't have lots of experience in trading.
                                However, somehow, perhaps due to the comprehensive support from the broker, I managed to close several lucky deals.
                                Yesterday, I started researching the broker's conditions in order to find something to focus on, and I my attention was grabbed by the statuses system. I dunno why I didn't pay attention to it initially, but, nevermind. I found out that I have starter status, but actually no privileges were detected at all! So, what's the goal of this system then? It's just a feature to show off or smth?

                                Allright. I actually did some research and found out that statuses can actually be truly helpful. It can increase your probabilities for your deals to be profitability. The more you trade, the better your status gets and the better trading conditions you will get. It was really good to know because I learned that it is actually not for bragging, but it is done in a way to help our traders, in favor of traders. I take back what I said earlier about broker trying to show off.
