Allright. I was preparing myself psychologically and mentally before actually trading on this platform. Even though my trader friends told me that it is super easy to trade on this platform and there are certainly some unique features that I have yet to seen on the other platforms I have been trading. So they helped me with getting an account and I opened the platform for the first time. My friends helped me click a few things for me and told me I was ready to go.
Long story short, I didn't know what I was doing there. Every trade I did closed out automatically either with a profit or with a loss. But that's not how financial markets work man. I need my trades to RUN. to continue being. I wasn't able to put a stop loss, or a take-profit. I dunno what was going on there. It's crazy. Can't you trade like a normal person on this platform?

Complaint marked as Resolved Allright, so, what happened was that my genius friends put me in something called fixed time trading or something like that, it was deliberately done by them to test me to see how I would do. Well I was bad at it because I did not know why it was happening, I thought it was a bug or something. I told my friends I was not going to trade on this platform again so they told me it was just a joke for the first timer. Anyway, they helped me set up decently and get back into the normal trading mode, the way I am used to have. And I started doing good trades. Now that I understand what this FTT thing means all about, I started using that also with consciousness. Now it is all going good.

Thank you for writing to us. We are glad to confirm that we do offer Risk free trades. Risk-free trade is a tool that safeguards your money in case of an incorrect forecast. If you open a deal with a risk-free trade and your forecast ends up incorrect, the trade amount will be returned to your account.
How does risk-free trade work?
If you have a risk-free trade, you can activate it and open trade within a specified amount. In the case of a negative result, you will not lose the trade amount.
For example, the risk-free trade amount is 100 USD. It means that after you activate the risk-free trade, you may open a trade that does not exceed 100 USD. In case of an unsuccessful trade, you do not lose that 100 USD, you get this amount back. You may activate the trade amount which is less than the risk-free trade limit. Example: The risk-free trade limit is 100 USD. You have activated the risk-free trade but entered 80 USD as the "trade amount". In case of an unsuccessful trade, we will return 80 USD to your account. However, the whole 100 USD risk-free trade will be consumed.
Please be informed that a risk-free trade doesn't work with a pending order. If you activate a risk-free trade and then, create a pending order, when the deal is activated, it will be executed as a normal deal without risk-free protection.
Hope we clarified your question.
