I thought this was a renowned place for converting foreign exchange pairs into each other for a profit, or a loss for that matter. That does not matter. The issue is that, I opened up for this company after seeing the reviews about it, came to the conclusion that it is safe, reliable, and I will have access to all these assets.
Okay. So I deposited. They don't take many national currencies, so I deposited what they wanted. This is my first time doing this, and I wasn't even looking to become a trader. So I go on there, see all these forex pairs I can trade, and somehow I can trade the Japanese Yen, the Australian Dollar, the Swiss Francs, all that. I buy and sell Japanese yen against the US dollar, but if I buy Japanese yen, why do I win or lose money in my own currency? I don't want USD or INR, I want JPY yen, I want to buy JPY and being able to withdraw JPY. Doesn't it work like that?

Complaint marked as Resolved Allright guys, I had to dig in, talk to the customer service and do some research. Turns out, you are not actually buying the currency, but you are buying something called the contracts for differences (CFDs). So you only trade them for the profits and losses. I don't have any problems with it anymore, now that I understood how the system works.
