Registered and opened an account for myself at this broker. It's my first broker to be frankly, and I don't want to deal with the demo accounts or whatever, so I just opened a live account right away. Well, allright. The platform is here. It looks fine, the broker looks safe with good deposit and withdrawal conditions and all that. The assets are here, I can see them on the list. So many things I can trade. It is good. The indicators are there, the buy and the sell buttons are here. Very good. Nothing surprising.

Well. The charts don't move? I see the prices change on the right hand side when I select an asset, but nothing happens on the chart. I fiddle with it like 30 minutes. I can zoom in, I can zoom out. Nothing changes. And it is the same with all the assets. I believe it is broken.

For the life of me, I couldn't be more stupid. Okay. I was looking at the charts on a 1-month time frame. That's why they weren't dynamic. In the middle of the screen you can actually change the timeframe you would like the look at the assets on. There's tons of options. I found the optimal one for me and charts suddenly became dynamic as they should be. Allright. It's time to do the proper work right now and try to make as much profit as possible from these markets.

    My deposit transaction is showing failed, but my amount is deducted from my account. Refund my amount to my bank account, please. My UPI Id is anant.[protected]@paytm. Its been more than 72 hours, and customer care is totally non-responsive. My money is stuck, and all they do is keep sending me a mail that they will respond within four hours whereas its been more than 72 hours and not a single damn one of them has responded to my mails. This is my goddamn hard earned money and you are playing with a person's financial well being. Enough is enough. Return my goddamn money. I need it for my household chores.

      Olymp trade is a notorious broker in the forex industry. I heard about this company a long time ago for the first time. and back then it seemed to me too professional for my trading background.
      The proprietary platform looked so complicated compared to a simple metatrader.
      Right now though, I registered an account and try myself on a demo account. and one issue came up. Everytime I open an order in forex mode, the next time I open the platform my order is gone. I thought that the expiration time only works in FTT. How come this happens in forex mode?

      Regarding your concern, we think you hit the stop-out. It is a service for automatically closing a losing trade, thereby protecting the trader's balance from a negative value. The Stop Out level shows the amount of investment that shouldn't be in the loss from the deal to remain active and not automatically closed.

      For most assets, Stop Out equals 0%, meaning that the deal is automatically closed when the losses reach 100% of the investment. However, there are assets (for example, stocks, cryptocurrencies, and indexes), where Stop Out is at 50%. In this case, if the trade loses 50% of the investment, the trade will be forcibly closed. You can find out the relevant information about the Stop Out level for every instrument in the Trading Conditions section.

        Allright. I registered here to try out this hype of exciting and unique trading experience, right? Tons of assets, they said. Unlimited and non-stop trading, they said.

        So I log on to this platform on a Saturday night, to make some profits, you know. But all I see is a huge list with unavailable assets. All I can trade is something called the Quickler, Moonch Index, Maha Jantar Index, some cryptos and a few Composite Indexes that don't even move significantly. What's the problem here? Why isn't the liquidity here, where are all the assets and why can't I trade the Copper, the S&P Index, or buy Coca-Cola shares or whatever?

        Allright. It is actually my bad. I did a bit of research, and, even though they are CFD contracts on stocks, they are not traded on the weekends. I thought I was going to be able to do it like the quickler, or the other indexes or maybe crypto, but the majority of the markets don't work on Saturdays and Sundays. Guess I'll trade the DAX, CADJPY or the Apple shares on Tuesdays from now on.

          Manipulation in trade

            I really dig the different trading modes that the broker provides to its customers. Fixed time and forex modes are very unsimilar in terms of the whole approach. This way I always keep myself on my toes.
            Although I must confess that it’s hard to do both trading styles simultaneously. Mostly because they require different analytical techniques.

            Heard a lot about the Stock price trading mode and its advantages over other modes, but didn’t find anything with this name on the platform. Did olymp trade remove this mode or what? I had big expectations about it.

            Thank you for writing to us. Olymp Trade offers 3 different trading modes. They are Fixed Time Trade, Forex, and Stock. Every mode requires a certain trading strategy and analysis.

            Regarding your question, you can easily find Stock trade next to Fixed Time Trade and Forex on the platform. Under the tab Asset, there are 3 tabs. Fixed Time Trade, Forex, and Stock. You can find the Stock trading mode here.

                I already know that I will trade on this platform because I like this product very much. I keep learning to trade despite some health issues, but trading makes my brain work intensively and I feel better. It’s not just another way to earn money but it’s also an essential cure for me.
                So, I generally appreciate the platform, but I don’t see stocks. I like to trade stocks. Could you be so kind and tell me where they are? I’d be grateful.

                Who knew I had to be more attentive on this matter... Big thanks to those who explained me that for trading stock there is a separated, convenient mode. I presume, the next time I'd better devote more time researching company's conditions before being outraged and putting silly questions down.

There is a sliding tab under the trading mode. You can slide from left to right to find the tab called “Stocks”. Here are the lists of stocks in that trading mode.

                  So my friends have been telling me that you win 82% of the rupees you put in initially, and then even more down the line.

                  Sounds reasonable, doesn't it? Yeah. So I open up an account. Platform works quite well, ain't nothing wrong with it, I put in some money and get ready to rock and roll. Just like I always do.

                  I do a few trades with a little something on the line, you know, just to get my toes wet into this platform. I don't do all-ins quite a lot, a risk-averse trader here.

                  Somehow platform asks me to pick the time length of my trade, I say aight, lets do a minute. Lost all the amount. I did a 10 minute trade, I be watching the trade go down, and it offers the option to close down the trade with a loss of 70-80%. What? The index did not go down a whole 90% in a few minutes, so why do I lose all my rupees that I put in the trade?

                  I shook my head and carried on. Won a few trades with actually a whopping 82% profit. What? It's crazy.

                  I can't wrap my head around it, markets do not work that way you know. Something must be wrong with how this platform works.

                  Thank you for writing to us. We are glad that you have mentioned this to us. We understand that you may have difficulty differentiating between FFT and Forex. We will explain them to you.

                  For FTT, Fixed Time Trades (Fixed Time, FTT) is one of the trading modes available on the Olymp Trade platform. In this mode, you make trades for a limited period of time and receive a fixed rate of return for a correct forecast about the movements in currency, stock, and other asset prices. You will profit from an up/down trade if the asset price gets at least 1 point higher/lower than the opening price by the trade expiration time. You will profit up to 82%. Otherwise, you will lose the all trade.

                  On the other hand, A Forex trader needs to predict how the price of a selected asset will change. In addition, the profit on the trade depends not only on the invested amount but also on how much the price of the asset rises or falls.

                          This broker is a really good one. It has many benefits. I like trading platform in general, but there are some points I would discuss.
                          So I think it would be nice to have some design launch at first time you use it. I don't like the colour scheme. All these dark colours look fancy, but I think it is hard for eyes to trade this way for hours, a bit tough.
                          All other services are great, but I would love to change colour scheme really.

                            I noticed that different financial instruments have different point values.

                            I will write in more detail now.

                            When I open a trade in one of the financial instruments, I see that the price changes by a certain number of pips. For example, I opened a buy trade and the price changed by +100 pips. I see that I get profit. For example 20 dollars.
                            If I open the same deal on another financial instrument and the price also changes by +100 pips, the profit may be different. Sometimes more sometimes less.
                            Is this normal or is it a failure? What should I do to make it the same?

                            We believe you are mentioning the payout percentage. We are glad that you have that question for us. It depends on whether you are talking about Fixed Time Trade or Forex.

                            In FTT, You can find the rate of return that you can get for profitable trade in the trade conditions menu. It means that if you have invested $10 with an 80% profitability, your profit for a correct forecast will be $8. Each asset will have different payout ratios. To find it, please open the asset menu to find out which one has the highest profitability. The menu has all the instruments you can trade on.

                            In Forex, the trade result consists of the difference between the opening price and the closing price of the asset. In long trading, the trader earns a profit from the price’s growth. Short trading is the opposite, with the profit earned from lowering the price.

                                    My olymptrade I'd is 92908341. I have made a upi money transfer through QR on 4 January in which money was deducted from my bank account and I clicked "I have paid" button but Transaction status reflected "failed" at olymp trade and money was not refunded to my bank account. Raised a request to support team for the same to refund the amount deducted from my bank account. From last 1 month 15 days, I am following up with the support team everytime I hear the same reply that our finance team is reviewing your case and will get an update. God knows what happened to my money. If this the behaviour of the finance team towards a regular trader of olymptrade then what they do with the new traders. They just don't bother about people money. They got the amount in their bank and now they are delaying to credit it. Worst service ever. Don't know what to do tired of raising complaint to the support team. I think it's better not to trade with olymptrade anymore. All new traders beware before depositing money in olymptrade. They will just ask for time but in the time they will not get any update and they will ask for more time. Sometimes I feel like being cheated here.

                                      I've been trading here for the whole my life. I ain't know why I have chosen this broker once and forever, but prolly everything is because of its unique approach ot trading.
                                      I'll note that I have never paid a proper attention to some small details about company's charges.
                                      Couple of months ago, I decided to take a break from trading, because the market became too volatile. After I got back to trading, I detected that a certain sum of my deposit vanished. I ain't know the exact sum, but I approximately remember that I had more money back then.
                                      So, I have no idea why this sum disappeared. I suspect, it may be somehow connected with company's fees, but I wanna get a clarification.

                                      It makes sense for a broker to have this fee. In the end olymp trade is not the bank and it has to somehow spend resources on maintenance of your account and money that is there.

                                      Thank you for contacting us. It is important that we can clear up the information for you in case any uncertainty appears. In the complaint, you are probably referring to the inactivity fee.

                                      The company has a right to assess a dormancy fee for a long period of inactivity of a user account. It is applied to traders who have not made trades on a live account or carried out non-trading operations (withdrawal or deposit activity) for 180 days. Please, note that the $10 fee is charged once a month if your account remains inactive.
