        I enrolled in to become a member of this brokerage company with because of the pics and videos my friends in my trading community have been sending me, and their stories of how good the platform looks, how visually appealing the charting engine is and the charts are, the indicators are, the colors are et cetera.

        I do not know If have been lied to, but I did not like what I got the moment I was downloading the platform, setting it up and opening the charts. It just does not set up on my computer. I have trying again, redownloaded it and even rebooting my computer. Why cannot I just properly set this up and open this, I have yet to figure out, for the life of me. I thought, if they designed a decently working product, the software should have been able to be installed properly at least. My computer is really good and fast, and I have been using for 5 years and trading on it on other platforms.

        Does this platform even exist on computer, or do I need to trade only on the web version?

        My friend, if you have been using the same computer for five years and you have traded on a lot of broker softwares and websites, you have a cookie and cache platform. I had the same issue as well when I thought it was a software issue or a problem from the brokerage side. I asked for help from the Customer Support and they told me it is just a cache problem and I need to clear caches from my computer and caches from the browsers, it is probably just overloaded with bunch of other cache and cookies. Once you do that, you would have no problems setting up the trading ptalform on your computer or trading on the browser version of the platform. Just try it out, you can thank me later.

          I have deposited my money into olymp trade account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account but in olymp trade its showing failed . I want my money refund. Its already 3 hours delay still no response from them

            So recently I decided to start trading and chose this company as my broker. I heard and read a lot of good things about.
            For example, everybody was talking about fixed time trading mode and its efficiency or so what. Since I register there and started to trade I haven't found it this useful. I mean my trades are dissapearing somehow and I just can not undo it.
            I think company better review this mode because it is just a waste of time or maybe some technological problems.

            Ok, I got it. Should've read or learn about that mode. It is called fixed time because trades open for the particular time you set in the tradin platform. Should have understand it from the name:)

In this mode, you make trades for a limited period of time and receive a fixed rate of return for a correct forecast about the movements in currency, stock, and other asset prices. Therefore, your trades will be closed automatically according to the timeframe you have chosen.

            Trading in Fixed Time mode is the easiest way to earn money on changes in the value of financial instruments. However, to achieve positive results, you need to take a training course and practice with a free demo account available on Olymp Trade.

              I opened a trading account with this broker a few weeks ago.
              Before I opened an account, I saw a lot of reviews that the broker provides educational materials in addition to trading tools. Training materials are different and suitable for traders with different skill levels, judging by the description.
              But unfortunately, I couldn't find them.
              I see customer reviews that were written just a few days ago. And these reviews describe educational materials.

              I have to write that I did find tutorials. Apparently, they were in the Help Center. As it turns out, there were even more educational materials than I had imagined!

                My olymptrade I'd is 92908341. I have made a upi money transfer through QR on 4 January in which money was deducted from my bank account and I clicked "I have paid" button but Transaction status reflected "failed" at olymp trade and money was not refunded to my bank account. Raised a request to support team for the same to refund the amount deducted from my bank account. From last 9 days, I am following up with the support team everytime I hear the same reply that our finance team is reviewing your case and will get an update. God knows what happened to my money. If this the behaviour of the finance team towards a regular trader of olymptrade then what they do with the new traders. They just don't bother about people money. They got the amount in their bank and now they are delaying to credit it. Worst service ever. Don't know what to do tired of raising complaint to the support team. I think it's better not to trade with olymptrade anymore. All new traders beware before depositing money in olymptrade. They will just ask for time but in the time they will not get any update and they will ask for more time. Sometimes I feel like being cheated here.

                  I’ve read about the Olymp Trade bonuses somewhere on the internet and decided to try them out to enhance my trading. As far as I understood, the overall concept of Olymp bonus system is that you get the additional amount according to your deposited funds that can only be used for trading purposes.

                  However, I searched for the Olymp Trade platform for these bonuses but didn’t find anything that remotely resembled it. Cuz usually at forex brokers you get the bonus amount automatically when depositing funds. Maybe Olymp Trade bonuses don’t exist at all?

                    I am really frustrated by Olymp trade from past 1 months, I deposited USD 225 on 12th of Decembber'22 but still that amount is not reflecting.
                    Initially they asked me to wait for 48 hours, which became 5 days later then they asked me to wait another 5 days, now they are telling they are rigorously working on this but there is no resolution yet, I am in huge stress as this amount is very big for me, I would have some earned some money on that amount so far .
                    I am getting now impatient and now raising this complaint

                        I'm just tired of trying everyday.. Since 28 december i've been trying to get my money back.. On 28 december at 6:31 pm i deposited 3000inr and after 20 hours it showed failed in transaction history.. Then i tried hundreds of times to get in touch with the consumer support team. They asked me to do a same process and click on i've paid option as i paid through upi qr... Then again they said to wait for 48 hours.. But that also showed failed... Again i tried to contact their support team.. But that is something stupid bot giving the same messages everytime.. Again i registered complaint here.. And i got reply after waiting 5 days.. They said they will check and email me.. And there is also a bot which just asking me to wait... They said to check the information they need 5 days.. Its been a week no response is made.. I'm just helpless and trying again and again to get my 3000 back.. Its a lot for me please try to understand.. I'm a student and that was all savings i had... Please give my money back.. Please.. I will add the screenshot of payment. Transaction id.. Emails everything. Please help me

                          I just want to state that trading here is pretty acceptable. However, I heard that this broker offers an impressive number of trading modes that are quite different. I tried to open an account but I couldn't find any "switcher" of these modes.
                          It seems ot me that the broker should place th information about switching modes in bold in the main page of the website! It's pretty confusing and I don't really know how I can find this swithcer and try something new out.

To switch from one to another trading mode, please look at the Asset tab. Under this tab, there are 3 trading modes: Fixed Time, Forex, and Stocks. You can click on the trading mode you want and choose from the list the asset you want to trade with.

                            I had made a deposit of Rupees 24340 through UPI QR on 1st December 2022 but the amount was neither credited to my olymp trade account nor it got refunded yet to my bank account. I made a complaint through mail to olymp trade and they had given a deadline of 30 days from the day of deposit to get refund the amount to my bank account but yet the amount is not refunded, its been 40 days now. They keep on telling that they are investigating but they are doiing nothing even after i had shared my bank statement they asked from the date of deposit till 9th janaury 2023 but still my amount is not refunded.

                                  HI, OYLMP TRADE I had issue in depoist i deposit my in 3.1.2023 my money was decuted in my account and i paid to the olymp trade given number and i used IMPS option they said 47min money is added to trade account but still not added I asked a olymp trade assistant bot he 48 hours ur money added but 4days gone I didn't know this scam or fraud so, i rasie complaint to olymp trade to slove this problem iam user for olymp trade I was very disappointed for this happening so, please take my complaint and please send my to my bank account or olymp trade account this request id([protected]) for ipaid ₹800 and i put pic i paid and this gmail [protected]@gmail.com u send mail i give account number thank you

                                      My olymptrade I'd is 92908341. I have made a upi money transfer through QR on 4 January in which money was deducted from my bank account but status reflected "failed" at olymp trade and money was not refunded to my account. Raised a request to support team for the same to refund the amount deducted from my bank account. From last 20 hours, I am following up with the support team everytime I hear the same reply that our finance team is reviewing your case and will get an update. God knows what happened to my money. If this the behaviour of the finance team towards a regular trader of olymptrade then what they do with the new traders. They just don't bother about people money. They got the amount in their bank and now they are delaying to credit it. Worst service ever. Don't know what to do tired of raising complaint to the support team. I think it's better not to trade with olymptrade anymore. All new traders beware before depositing money in olymptrade. They will just ask for time but in the time they will not get any update and they will ask for more time. Sometimes I feel like being cheated here. Don't use this broker
