I deposited 130 usd ( 30 usd and 100 usd by two different deposited transactions) on olymp trade and after deposit i just want to check and try withdrawal process, due to some policies, my account was in internal verification for some days, i waited but after waiting of more than 30 days, my account is blocked .i had received email that my account is blocked please assist me either to activate my account or refund my 130 us dollor. Please find the attachment for deposited slips and email I got as a response

There is no need to worry as this is a standard procedure and your account balance is secure. The team will contact you on your registered email ID once the examination is completed.

We are sorry that you received the service that prompted you to contact us with the complaint, and we regret any disruption that is caused by our services. Unfortunately, your account is blocked due to the chargeback filed against the company which is a violation of clause 2.2 of the "Service Agreement" .

Thank you for keeping us informed. We always strive to keep our traders’ interests at heart. However, there are exceptional cases of suspicious account activity that we can not ignore. In these rare cases, for the security of our clients and the platform we have to terminate suspicious accounts in accordance with the Client Agreement. Our clients who trade in line with the platform's policies are not subjected to such check-ups.
If you are not satisfied with the decision of the claim department, you can appeal to the Financial Commission, a well-known organization with a proven reputation to solve disputes between traders and brokers.
This can be done online: https://financialcommission.org/olymp-trade/. Click on "File a Complaint" and fill out the form. The Financial Commission will consider your complaint and the company's arguments, and then come up with a weighted decision that the company is obliged to follow.
