My account has been blocked for Verification. I have submitted all documents and still it is not being verified.
They just send reply that they understand how frustration it is and ask us to wait.

    Address: James Street, Kingstown, First Floor, First St Vincent Bank Ltd Building, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines India

    Rs.4060 deposited on 6th Sep-2022 at that moment money debited from my account but not credited in olymp trade account. At that moment it was shown in their platform pending next day it was vanished from system. Then I asked them for Ledger but they denied to provide. Kindly take necessary action against this company

        Hi Team,

        I have deposited 500 $ on 23rd July. It was not interfaced in my trading account on same day. customer support told to wait 48 hours after 48 hours told to wait 5 day again 10 days again 30 days. after 30 days they asked bank statement and UPI screen shot everything have shared but after 35 days also they told still it's in investigation. meantime I have asked my banker to update the status of the transaction but they have raised the charge back request. till 60 days they told it's under investigation only later means after 65 days they came back with comments issued has been resolve and amount has been credited to trading account but account has been blocked due to chargeback request.

        now they have blocked my account and not refunding amount also.
        there is no use of writting mail to claim dept and Financial commission also.

        Is this trap or fraud or cheating really im not understating.

        Block my account I dont have any issue but at least you need to return my money right.

        which I have deposited 500$ still you didnt returned it. after 60 days you just telling deposit issue has been resolved and account has been blocked hence you will not refund, is that not trapping or cheating the trader.

            I was deposite fund of 10$ by IMPS in olymp trade application on 6th oct.22 and fund also debited by my bank account but still not I get deposited fund in my olymp trade account.
            I also chatted with help centre desk but they also say we will working, we will working. But I still not get my fund or refund money..

                  I have a great interest in your trading platform. I first learned about in on one trading forum. The broker interested me a lot. The fact that here it’s possible to start with a very low deposit encouraged me a lot. Moreover, I like that here it’s possible to open a separate account in cryptos. It’s very suitable for me. I try not to use credit cards and many traditional elelectronic payment systems are not good for me too.
                  So, I traded here very actively on a demo account. I mostly traded fixed-time. I have some good ideas about FTT but to make the most of it, I need to make some things clear. In particular, I want to know whether it’s possible to close FTT contracts before they expire? I can close Forex trades before I lose too much. So, I want to do the same on FTT and I hope it’s possible. Otherwise, it’s not so good.

                  A demo account is also an excellent start. It is when you get familiar with the platform for free and without any loss. We are pleased to answer that you can close the trade before it expires for both FTT and Forex.

                  To close an active trade on a phone application, kindly follow these steps:
                  1- Click on the “Trades” button placed at the bottom of your application.
                  2- Choose Fixed Time or Forex mode where you placed your trade.
                  3- You will see a button with the text “Close” on an active deal, click on it to close your trade.
                  4- Fixed Time Trade(FTT) trade can be closed before the expiration period upon closing and Forex trade can be closed if the asset is available for trading.

                        Recently I found out that Olymp trade broker offers exclusive subscription to various extensions. You know, it was kinda surprising for me as I have never thought about it before. Broker offers many extensions which can help new traders and not only them to understand how to trade, for example, you can subcribe on trading strategies. That's astonishing.
                        However, I faced difficulties with paying for this subscription. I intentionally deposited lots of money in order to receive bonuses as I was convinced that I would be able to pay for subcription using bonuses. Everything was wrong, I don't know why, but I can't pay for subscription using bonus money! Why I deposited so much money, what's wrong with this company?

                        To be detailed, you can buy a subscription from your trading account. To do that, you need to deposit the required amount in your trading account. After that, please select the extension and subscribe for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. Please note that you cannot pay for your subscription with bonuses.

                                    I deposited 130 usd ( 30 usd and 100 usd by two different deposited transactions) on olymp trade and after deposit i just want to check and try withdrawal process, due to some policies, my account was in internal verification for some days, i waited but after waiting of more than 30 days, my account is blocked .i had received email that my account is blocked please assist me either to activate my account or refund my 130 us dollor. Please find the attachment for deposited slips and email I got as a response

Unfortunately, your account is blocked due to the chargeback filed against the company which is a violation of clause 2.2 of the "Service Agreement" .

However, there are exceptional cases of suspicious account activity that we can not ignore. In these rare cases, for the security of our clients and the platform we have to terminate suspicious accounts in accordance with the Client Agreement. Our clients who trade in line with the platform's policies are not subjected to such check-ups.

                                    If you are not satisfied with the decision of the claim department, you can appeal to the Financial Commission, a well-known organization with a proven reputation to solve disputes between traders and brokers.
                                    This can be done online: https://financialcommission.org/olymp-trade/. Click on "File a Complaint" and fill out the form. The Financial Commission will consider your complaint and the company's arguments, and then come up with a weighted decision that the company is obliged to follow.

                                      I have deposited 500$ on 23rd July but amount was not interfaced to my account, your team told to wait, 48 hours, 5 days, 10 days, 15 days, and 30 days. after 30days you team asked Bank statement and UPI screen shots, as per their request I have shared details and meantime I have requested my Banker to update the status of the transaction but my banker raised chargeback request, even I have shared mail with Claim Dept what I have written to Bank.

                                      After 60 days your team asked to provide update Bank statement (last week 24th Sep) and told still under investigation.

                                      Till yesterday told still it's under investigation, If you need I will share all mails which I have received from day one from deposited.

                                      Today I got mail stating 500 $ deposit issue has been resolved, since account is blocked due to chargeback, it will not be refunded.

                                      Please help me to recover my account or refund my money .
