I was deposite fund of 10$ by IMPS in olymp trade application on 6th oct.22 and fund also debited by my bank account but still not I get deposited fund in my olymp trade account.
I also chatted with help centre desk but they also say we will working, we will working. But I still not get my fund or refund money..

        I have a great interest in your trading platform. I first learned about in on one trading forum. The broker interested me a lot. The fact that here it’s possible to start with a very low deposit encouraged me a lot. Moreover, I like that here it’s possible to open a separate account in cryptos. It’s very suitable for me. I try not to use credit cards and many traditional elelectronic payment systems are not good for me too.
        So, I traded here very actively on a demo account. I mostly traded fixed-time. I have some good ideas about FTT but to make the most of it, I need to make some things clear. In particular, I want to know whether it’s possible to close FTT contracts before they expire? I can close Forex trades before I lose too much. So, I want to do the same on FTT and I hope it’s possible. Otherwise, it’s not so good.

Yes, you can start with a small deposit. It is already a good start. You can increase your balance once you get more comfortable.

        A demo account is also an excellent start. It is when you get familiar with the platform for free and without any loss. We are pleased to answer that you can close the trade before it expires for both FTT and Forex.

        To close an active trade on a phone application, kindly follow these steps:
        1- Click on the “Trades” button placed at the bottom of your application.
        2- Choose Fixed Time or Forex mode where you placed your trade.
        3- You will see a button with the text “Close” on an active deal, click on it to close your trade.
        4- Fixed Time Trade(FTT) trade can be closed before the expiration period upon closing and Forex trade can be closed if the asset is available for trading.

            I made a withdrawal request on 30/09/2022 and the money hasn't been deposited in my account now it's 8 days and the customer care just giving me same response for a week now and no more is deposited to my account, so why is it so hard to send me my money??               Recently I found out that Olymp trade broker offers exclusive subscription to various extensions. You know, it was kinda surprising for me as I have never thought about it before. Broker offers many extensions which can help new traders and not only them to understand how to trade, for example, you can subcribe on trading strategies. That's astonishing.
              However, I faced difficulties with paying for this subscription. I intentionally deposited lots of money in order to receive bonuses as I was convinced that I would be able to pay for subcription using bonuses. Everything was wrong, I don't know why, but I can't pay for subscription using bonus money! Why I deposited so much money, what's wrong with this company?

              Thank you for writing to us. We are glad to receive your question. Olymp Trade offers extended subscriptions. You can buy subscriptions with your deposit balance. However, you cannot buy it with a bonus.

              To be detailed, you can buy a subscription from your trading account. To do that, you need to deposit the required amount in your trading account. After that, please select the extension and subscribe for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. Please note that you cannot pay for your subscription with bonuses.

                          As per our database, your documents have been uploaded successfully for verification. Please be informed that your trading account is currently the subject of an internal investigation. There is no need to worry as this is a standard procedure and your account balance is secure. The team will contact you on your registered email ID once the examination is completed.

                          We are sorry that you received the service that prompted you to contact us with the complaint, and we regret any disruption that is caused by our services. Unfortunately, your account is blocked due to the chargeback filed against the company which is a violation of clause 2.2 of the "Service Agreement" .

However, there are exceptional cases of suspicious account activity that we can not ignore. In these rare cases, for the security of our clients and the platform we have to terminate suspicious accounts in accordance with the Client Agreement. Our clients who trade in line with the platform's policies are not subjected to such check-ups.

                          If you are not satisfied with the decision of the claim department, you can appeal to the Financial Commission, a well-known organization with a proven reputation to solve disputes between traders and brokers.
                          This can be done online: https://financialcommission.org/olymp-trade/. Click on "File a Complaint" and fill out the form. The Financial Commission will consider your complaint and the company's arguments, and then come up with a weighted decision that the company is obliged to follow.

                            I have deposited 500$ on 23rd July but amount was not interfaced to my account, your team told to wait, 48 hours, 5 days, 10 days, 15 days, and 30 days. after 30days you team asked Bank statement and UPI screen shots, as per their request I have shared details and meantime I have requested my Banker to update the status of the transaction but my banker raised chargeback request, even I have shared mail with Claim Dept what I have written to Bank.

                            After 60 days your team asked to provide update Bank statement (last week 24th Sep) and told still under investigation.

                            Till yesterday told still it's under investigation, If you need I will share all mails which I have received from day one from deposited.

                            Today I got mail stating 500 $ deposit issue has been resolved, since account is blocked due to chargeback, it will not be refunded.

                            Please help me to recover my account or refund my money .

                                I read in an article on the olymp blog that the broker offers five-second trades but the timeframe starts from one minute. I remember the article referring to that type of trading as a quickler and it caught my attention because, I mean, making money in five seconds is pretty interesting. But apparently, that all seems like false news and it is disappointing. I expected more from the broker, and even if I didn't, no broker should spread false information.

                                I was actually looking at the wrong place. This is not offered on every chart or asset, so you must find Quickler. Then you can do 5-seconds trading. The chart is actually a tick-by-tick chart, and it shows you every price movement. As it turns out, this is a pretty unusual way to trade and it can be quite volatile and fast-paced, because the asset actually acts like a volatility index derivative. You can not put more than 3000 USD if you have starter status, but the minimum is just 1 USD, so you can try with small amounts of money.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  This is to inform you that i have deposited a small amount of Rs. 700 in my Olymp Trade account No.45738382 on dated 12 Sep 2022 but till date it has not been credited to my trading account. Everytime they make a new timeline & we are forced to wait.

                                    Sir i have deposited 2000 inr on 23rd of july 2022 but my olymptrade account didn't showing me related balance. I have already complaint so many times to their customer care but they are unable to solve my problem. I also attaching the relevant transaction proofs. Now 2 months has been completed but no solution for my concern yet. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                        I heard that on Olymp Trade platform it is possible to trade in demo mode. But it turned out that it wasn't.
                                        I've never tried it, but I've heard that it can be very useful for beginners. It's safe for my deposit.
                                        But unfortunately, I didn't find this mode on platform. It is really sad because I want to learn trading in safe conditions. I think Olymp Trade broker could add such mode to their platform, and many beginners would be very grateful for it!

To switch from the real to the demo account, you can click on your Balance. A list would drop down. You can choose the demo account there. There is $10.000 automatically in your demo account. You cannot withdraw it but you can make sure of it. We hope you can learn and practice in the demo account.
