I had 418$ in my account I made a withdrawal of 50$ i got 500$ instead
but i returned 450$ back as they asked me to reverse transaction then after 2 days i got blocked and received no email regarding block
then after 3 days i got email that my account is banned and also my all funds

    I've joined the clients of Olymp Trade quite recently, but already concluded it is a reliable broker. Support team is very friendly and always willing to help. Conditions are very suitable, especially if compared to my previous broker. In this regard the only disturbing thing I've noticed is orders execution in mobile app when internet connection is poor. I don't know how to control it and it is not big problem, but it is a little confusing when I trade via mobile. Any methods to make it better?

    Accessing the internet with bad connection is always going to be annoying. The broker cannot help with that. But I had to get a different internet provider to trade without delays.

      I have deposited on 23rd July with amount of 500$. Initially they told it will take 48 Hours, later told 5 days after that they told it take 10 days after that they told it will take 30 days, after 30 days asked bank statement and asking to 5 more days. as of now i didnt received money back. simply they are telling to wait 5 working days after 5 working days again they will create one more task and asking to wait 5 more days. really I lost my money and patience for this transaction.

      Im really not understanding the process, its already been more than 45 days still i didnt received my money back..daily I need to beg for my money. if you want to me beg daily 10 times for my money I will.there is no time frame also.

        Sir I didn't request chargeback against the company in bank while chargeback request only can be file on credit/debit card transactions but i deposited money in olymp trade app with the help o[censored]PI which was approx 6 months ago after that i didn't deposited or withraw the money from the app. please sir help me recover my account or refund my money 😭. Regarding your situation, paragraph 3.5 of the Regulation of non-trading operations states: “If the Company Customer has not carried out any operations in the Trading Terminal, which leads to a change in the Balance of the Customer’s Account for 6 months, the Company reserves the right to charge a subscription fee (commission) for providing access to the Trading Terminal.”.           I came to this broker without any knowledge of trading. That's why my first few orders made loss.
          Now I am studying trading on different sites on Internet. There are many trading ideas and strategies on these sites, which are most likely profitable.
          But problem is that I cannot test them all on my trading account. I read on forums that not all trading strategies bring stable profit, and it may take more than one week to learn how to use profitable strategy. I wouldn't want to lose too much money learning how to trade.
          That's why I'm sure if broker had trading simulator or special service to check strategies' profitability it would be great. Now I don't know what to do...

          So, it turns out I was wrong... Broker has special service that I dreamed of! This is fulfillment of my dreams! I can test trading strategies and indicators directly on platform using special demo mode. This is separate trading account with non-real money but real charts. That is, I can learn to trade in real conditions. And all this is absolutely free! Now I'm not afraid to lose my deposit before I learn to trade profitably.

              My account is blocked since 20 days now, All documents submitted and verified but still pending. And how come my transactions looks like an issue to them.

              They are eating hard earned money of indian citizens as they are not returning my money or unblocking my account. They are just using the name of clause 1.4 to delay as their is no such activity taken place because I am normal trading.

                    Ain't know where to start, but I want to share my experience first, only then I have a real question for olymp trade's representatives. it blows up my mind.
                    I am trading here for several months and still had no issues, recently decided to find out information about bonus system.
                    I noticed that after my deposit I was accrued with some bonuses.
                    wanted to withdraw 'em and it turned out that it was prohibited. ok... but the bonuses disappeared after i requested the withdrawal, what's it??????

                    Probably, the main mistake of mine was a rush. I rushed an haven't checked all the information about bonuses properly. Suppose that the next time I ought to be more attentive. Thank you Olymp Trade for clarifying this information to me.

                    I traded over $450k on the platform and all access to place withdrawals of my funds was denied, i kept on contacting the customers support but didn't get a reasonable response from them, all my funds including my profit was stuck on the platform.                     Regarding your question about the bonus, there are a few notes you need to know. First, you cannot withdraw the bonus but you can withdraw the gain from the bonus. Second, when you order a withdrawal of any amount of money, even 10$, all bonuses will be deducted from your account.

                    In general, you can only withdraw the profit gained from bonuses. Hope this clarified your question.

                        I had made a withdrawal request, 2 days back. The request is still pending in the "request created" Stage and has not progressed. I have an expert level account, which claims to give priority to withdrawals, but I am yet to see this. I need a speedy resolution to this issue.

                          I am extremely annoyed by the fact that the timeframe begins with ten minutes, which is unreasonable and very much unreasonable. How can we work with such? In general, time frames should be able to be made as small as one minute, but on the Olymp trade website, they stop at ten minutes. How will you execute one-minute trades effectively with the smallest timeframe like that? There is no doubt the area chart on the website and interface looks nice, but I tell you, it is not designed with traders in mind.

                              I found an Olymp Trade by accident, while reading a reviews on some website. The conditions were more than suitable and I decided to learn more about it. I didn't have any previous experience in trading, except of couple tutorial videos, but wanted to find out more about it. A little bit later I had enough information and decided to open an account and made a deposit. I started to master the branded trading platfrom and found out a lot of trading products are not available and there is even an indicator of closed lock on it. As far as I know, all products should be available after you open an account, shouldn't they?

                              Regarding your question on products, even when you have not deposited, you can access all 3 trading modes including Fixed Time Trade, Forex, and Stocks. However, please note that some assets are only available at certain times of the day. You can check when it is available under the name of that asset. When the market is open, you can trade with these assets as normal.

                                Recently joined this broker and actually managed to open real account and trade on it for a while. have lotta questions for this company, but the most part of them were resolved due to Help Center. this section on site is handy.

                                anyway, there is a question which might be resolved only by official representatives.
                                as far as I know there is a bonus system or something like that. but I can't understand precise conditions concerning bonus trading, I want you to clarify me this moment, as I can't withdraw these bonuses, why? What's going on?

                                Oh my goodness. I thought that I am pretty smart, but this situation turned me into a real stupid boy. I mean, I was super wrong that I haven't checked all the information before I wrote this post. Olymp Trade team is full of professionals, big thanks for clarification.

                                Regarding your question about the bonus, there are a few notes about it. You cannot withdraw the bonus but you can withdraw the gain from the bonus. If you order a withdrawal of any amount of money, even 10$, all bonuses will be deducted from your account.

                                So, in general, you can only withdraw the profit gained from bonuses. Hope this clarified your question.

                                    I've been trading on Olymp Trade platform for almost month now. During this time, I have become more confident in trading. But sometimes I have to wait a long time for price to reach necessary target.
                                    I've realized that there are currencies that are more popular among traders and therefore more active. And some currency pairs are not so popular and therefore move weakly or jerkily.
                                    Probably it has nothing to do with popularity but with servers connected to broker. It seems to me that weak Internet signal may affect currency movements.
                                    Anyway, it makes me uncomfortable because I have to wait a long time for currency pair price to change before I can make trade.

                                    Now I get it! Yes, I guessed that problem I described is actually normal situation in market. But it seemed to me that it could be related to internet connection. Now I know more about price movement, and I have no doubt that broker provides most actual quotes. Thanks for explaining everything to me! Now I'm even more interested in learning about financial markets.

There is no difference in showing prices between popular and unpopular currency pairs. With the popular pairs, there are a lot of trades so the price is constantly changing according to the bull and the bear. Contrarily, the unpopular pair would have few trades so there is not much moving in prices.

                                    Another tip for the platform to perform properly is that please check your internet speed. It is recommended to be more than 30 Mbps. The internet speed could affect the price shown in the charts.

Once you spend time observing the market, you would catch the pattern of each asset. Besides, internet connection can affect the interface.                                       I had set up 2FA in google authenticator app. My iphone got damaged and all apps were reset. I have downloaded the google authenticator app again but I am not able to see the 2FA codes inside the app. I remember my loginID and password.
