I have deposited 50 dollar inn myyy olymp trade account 91169647 on 24-7-22 butt it is nott debited to myyy account tilll todayy .olymp trade customer service said your money will be transferred by 2 nd of August as it was the 5th working day after my complaint of not getting myy money.

Now whenn i am contacting Olymp trade customer service through email now it's been 3 days theyy are not even replying

Pllllzzzzz givee myy moneyyy backk as soon as possible.

          Olymp trade offers very flexible promotion options. There are first deposit bonuses, various promo codes that allow traders to get much more money on their deposits.

          However I faced an issue with the bonus withdrawals. The thing is, I didn’t withdraw the bonus money right away. I traded for a period of time, made profits and tried to withdraw the money including part of the bonuses. But I couldn’t. What has gone wrong? Maybe I didn’t get something? It’s kinda frustrating.

          Ok, my bad. Bonuses are only for trading purposes, no withdrawals or paying for the services and platform extensions allowed. Should’ve read the bonuses terms and conditions carefully.

          Thank you for sharing. Bonuses are very useful for both new traders and experienced traders. Users can take advantage of bonuses to make a profit.

          Regarding bonus withdrawal, there are some rules that you need to know. First, If you order a withdrawal of any amount of money, even 10$, all bonuses will be deducted from your account. Second, you can not withdraw bonuses, but you can withdraw the profit gained from bonuses.

          In your case, you can withdraw the amount excluding the bonus. It is a general rule and applies to every user. Do not hesitate to contact us if any questions or concerns appear.

            Dear sir I have made payment of 1000/- INR on 29th June 2022 at 1:00 am. it almost 32 days complete till now I can’t receive my money on Olymptrade trading account my id is 90571311 please do it fast pay my deposit money to Olymptrade account or return my money to bank account because money is deducted from my bank account I’m just frustrated with this poor customer service I need my money back.

                  My friend and I have been trading on Olymp Trade platform for three weeks now. And we have noticed that the platform is glitchy sometimes. My friend has been messaging me on Facebook saying he has seen that chart doesn't fully load. I double-checked on my computer and realized he was not only one with this problem.
                  I think these candlestick skips in chart are due to servers switching on Mondays. When system starts up on Monday, not all candlesticks have time to load. This doesn't disturb me too much, but I think it would be better to fix it

He read somewhere on net that this is usual thing in financial markets, which is connected with fact that markets don't work on weekends. If I'm not mistaken, this thing is called "Gap". So I want to ask you not to make fun of us for our foolishness... We are new to financial markets and don't know much yet.

                  Thank you for writing back to us. Yes, it is called Gap. Gaps are spaces on a chart. It happens when the price of the assets significantly changes with little or no trading in-between. When there is no trading, from Friday to Monday, it causes a gap.

                        My account has been blocked. This happened today after I updated some settings on my computer. Now my account is blocked, and I can't log in to platform... When I enter my account password, I get message that I entered wrong password. I have tried many times but still can't get in.
                        I hope my account has not been compromised!
                        I don't know what to do now because I still haven't been able to log in. Most likely, I will have to get new account. It's good that I had very little money on my blocked account!

                        What a fool I am! I got scared myself and scared everyone around me. I accidentally pressed CAPS LOCK key and didn't notice it. I didn't know what that button was for on my computer. Now I do! That's why I couldn't get into my account... I apologize for disturbing everyone. But I want to say thanks for quick response! And now I am sure that my account is protected!

                                      Maine 7 june ko deposit kiya tha or 1 Mahina ho chuka hai mujhe kha gaya tha ek mahine mai apka refund aajayega but abhi tak nahi aaya hai mera refund bs time mang rahe hai but kuchh response nahi de rahe hai...ye raha mera deposit no [protected]/maine 11 July ko hi sare documents bahj diye the Olymp trade walo ko or ye khe rhe h 5 din intezar kre 11 July se 24 July ho gaya but abhi tak inka na koi response aaya hai na koi reply plzzz help

                                      Hum app ki account id ko apnay financial department ko pehlay hi forward kir chukay hain takay pending deposit ka issue solve hau.Hamara financial department expert app kay case ka status check kirnay kay bad app sai contact kir kay app ka issue resolve kiray ga.

                                        Hi i deposited 200$ on[protected] money got debited from bank but transaction failed from olymp trade side.but my money has been received by merchant acccount.i neeed my money back its been 10 days now told me to wait 10 days...i need refund please.
