    Olymp trade offers very flexible promotion options. There are first deposit bonuses, various promo codes that allow traders to get much more money on their deposits.

    However I faced an issue with the bonus withdrawals. The thing is, I didn’t withdraw the bonus money right away. I traded for a period of time, made profits and tried to withdraw the money including part of the bonuses. But I couldn’t. What has gone wrong? Maybe I didn’t get something? It’s kinda frustrating.

    Ok, my bad. Bonuses are only for trading purposes, no withdrawals or paying for the services and platform extensions allowed. Should’ve read the bonuses terms and conditions carefully.

    Thank you for sharing. Bonuses are very useful for both new traders and experienced traders. Users can take advantage of bonuses to make a profit.

    Regarding bonus withdrawal, there are some rules that you need to know. First, If you order a withdrawal of any amount of money, even 10$, all bonuses will be deducted from your account. Second, you can not withdraw bonuses, but you can withdraw the profit gained from bonuses.

    In your case, you can withdraw the amount excluding the bonus. It is a general rule and applies to every user. Do not hesitate to contact us if any questions or concerns appear.

      Dear sir I have made payment of 1000/- INR on 29th June 2022 at 1:00 am. it almost 32 days complete till now I can’t receive my money on Olymptrade trading account my id is 90571311 please do it fast pay my deposit money to Olymptrade account or return my money to bank account because money is deducted from my bank account I’m just frustrated with this poor customer service I need my money back.

            My friend and I have been trading on Olymp Trade platform for three weeks now. And we have noticed that the platform is glitchy sometimes. My friend has been messaging me on Facebook saying he has seen that chart doesn't fully load. I double-checked on my computer and realized he was not only one with this problem.
            I think these candlestick skips in chart are due to servers switching on Mondays. When system starts up on Monday, not all candlesticks have time to load. This doesn't disturb me too much, but I think it would be better to fix it

            My friend wrote me that it was not platform malfunction... He read somewhere on net that this is usual thing in financial markets, which is connected with fact that markets don't work on weekends. If I'm not mistaken, this thing is called "Gap". So I want to ask you not to make fun of us for our foolishness... We are new to financial markets and don't know much yet.

            Thank you for writing back to us. Yes, it is called Gap. Gaps are spaces on a chart. It happens when the price of the assets significantly changes with little or no trading in-between. When there is no trading, from Friday to Monday, it causes a gap.

            Besides, kindly do not worry when it is new to financial markets. We understand that new traders need time and support to become experienced. To do so, we provide a huge education database called Help Center. You can explore useful information about trading there.

                  My account has been blocked. This happened today after I updated some settings on my computer. Now my account is blocked, and I can't log in to platform... When I enter my account password, I get message that I entered wrong password. I have tried many times but still can't get in.
                  I hope my account has not been compromised!
                  I don't know what to do now because I still haven't been able to log in. Most likely, I will have to get new account. It's good that I had very little money on my blocked account!

                  What a fool I am! I got scared myself and scared everyone around me. I accidentally pressed CAPS LOCK key and didn't notice it. I didn't know what that button was for on my computer. Now I do! That's why I couldn't get into my account... I apologize for disturbing everyone. But I want to say thanks for quick response!                                       Dear Olymptrade Support Team

                                      I am having olymptrade account with userID : 89590784. I have deposited account using google pay (UPI) on 18th June 2022 and it was credited successfully to your account. Please see attached files for your reference. But the amount is not reflected in my live account (INR account) and nor credited back to my bank account. I have attached bank statement from June-18th to till date. I gave complaint to you but you are denying that you were not received money. So I have raised a request with my bank. They replied back with the following statement to check your records.

                                      "Dear Customer, Your transaction of Rs 10000 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary SRS Live Technologies PVT LTD account XXXXXXXXXX5950 on 18/06/2022 20:40:07 with RRN[protected]. In case the beneficiary has not received the amount, then please share the reference number with the beneficiary, to check with their bank."

                                      I gave this reference number but you are again denying that you were not yet all received it.

                                      Then I raised request with ICICI BANK to check your beneficiary account and they confirmed me back with the following attached mail that amount successfully credited to beneficiary account and the money can not be get back. They asked me to check with you as the trasnaction was closed successfully and verified from their side with your bank. This clearly shows that you were account is already credited but you are denying it and not providing corresponding service. This is fault from your side but you are torturing me on this.

                                      Please check your account and do the needful. Either you can revert money back or add to my live account. Please do the earliest.

                                      I raised another complaint in this same forum and no stopped responding thta. That clearly shows they are liers and cheater.

                                      Guys dont believe this app and loss money.

                                      All Indians, i am humbly request pls don't use this scam, fake app. It only loots our money . I have provided my experience. They also removed specialists from their customer service and also Indian customer service number. I fall in their trap and lost 10000rs. My humble request, whoever using this app, i recommend to remove this app and get out this app. Instead use apps of Indian currency market. These international companies just loot as they don't have any thing India.

                                        Hello my name is Aditya Kumar. On 19/07/2022 my account was blocked saying that I am violating some issues of yours and I didn't recieved any mail from you guys. Later on I found it in the spam section. I have deposited 75$ in my account and after getting profit the total amount was 95$ I am a student and I have deposited my last semester College fee in it. I am a poor guy. Please help me to get my money back. I have completed my verification and everything you said.

                                        I have to subit my college fee till 30/07/2022. Otherwise they'll call in my home for that. And my parents don't know that the fee is stuck there in your olymp trade account. Please help me...

                                        I am giving you my calling number [protected]. And Paytm number [protected].

                                        If I failed to give my fee then the college will not give me my admit card which means I'll not be able to give my exams. I am helpless. It scares me every night. It's giving me suicidal thoughts.
