I had made the withdrawal request of 6500rs on 15 june 2022.

They send me the email on 18 june 2022 that money is transferred to my account

But i still not received my money to my bank account.

I had also contact to my bank .bank says no money is credited.

Wanted to try the services of olymp trade out and start trading here. However, when I tried to insert the data which I used last time I traded with olymp trade, I detected that my account either was deleted or I entered the wrong data.
Spent almost an hour on efforts to get the access to my account back. Didn't understand what was wrong and decided to try out a bit later. I dunno what is going on with this broker but I CERTAINLY enter the right data. I even had a piece of sheet with the written data on it.

I have made a deposit of 4000 INR via UPI and it’s still not reflecting in my account neither have been refunded.
I have reached customer support multiple times and not getting any help
I have also uploaded screenshot o[censored]PI deposit but still no progress at all.
This is disturbing!!

On 18th June 2022, i had deposited 2339 Rs i.e.30 USD Dollar which is not reflected into my olymp account nor refunded back to my account . I had contacted their customer support, they told to wait for 3hours to 48 hours after payment was made, but now its been more than 65 hours money not reflected yet into my account and theri customer care is also not solving it. Very bad experience with olymp trade not expected this!! I want my money back or deposit into my olymp account.

In general, I can be called a long-term client of this company, in total, with interruptions for more than two years.
If we talk about whether the technical parameters of this company suit me, I can say that everything looks quite attractive to me, though there is no very large leverage, only up to 1:500, but this is not so bad.
Only now I’m not very pleased with the fact that lately technical support has not been very active, that is, the expectation has become longer, I would like them to react a little more actively.
