Plz refer My appeal to olymp trade - 2JGA9D
trading account # 90313684.

Sir I opened a traiding account on 12 Jun 22. I opened first time account with olymp trade and I provided all required documents for verification but my account is closed and told me that I have a account earlier but I never open a account with olymp trade. I deposited 30 usd today in my account but they close my account. I don't know who opened a account by my name earlier. Without knowing truth the company hold my 30 usd amount also.
So please 🙏 open my account again or please refund my amount back to my source account.
I am a government employee not a terrorist. Olymp trade treat us like a terrorist.
Plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

    Hello,

    Im having account since 2018 and now suddenly my account was blocked. I had just deposited $1000 which is 77, 967 ruppes .. and I had running trade as well which was going in profit.
    Last week I deposited $2000 and since I was losing my account was active. The minute I started making profit they blocked the account.
    Please help me get back my account and money at the earliest

    I disagree with the company decision.
    I have deposited the amount after the verification was successful. If it's not a scam then company should have blocked my account before i deposit. Company shld not have verified the account as successful.
    I had received verification email on 6th June. Post tht it was verified. I deposited on 19th June and my account was immediately blocked after deposit.

        Deposit Problems - UPI - horrible wait and experience

        Dear Olymptrade

        I started trading Olymptrade from last few months, Initially it is very prompt in UPI deposits and Withdrawals was done within few hours. From June1st, depositing and withdrawal is horrible experience with Olymptrade. No options like netbanking, UPI deposits, Imps, cards nothing working. It is becoming like nightmare experience.

        As per complaints filed here, It seems I am also going to experience...

        I am frequently contacting with them on both emails and phone calls. But every time they says that their financial team in working on the task and wait more. They gives me the same reply

                I had deposited INR 2000 on 11/06/22 got cut from my UPI but not deposited in my trading account.
                I as for a withdrawal INR 1000 on 26/05/22 got cut from my trading but not deposited in my UPI

                Customer service is automated and response is it will be done in 48 hours, however it is way beyond 2 working days

                    Hello.
                    My User ID is protected.
                    I deposited INR 45, 000 by UPI PAYTM on 14/06/2022. I went to customer care but they are just saying to wait, I waited for 48 hours, then they said to wait for 1-5 days more, they are just made me wait. They are not solving my problem. It's been more than 3 days now, but I got no response, no money back in my account. Kindly reflect my money in my amount or otherwise give my money refund me back. It's so frustrated now. It's a huge amount for me. Take actions on this and solve this problem as soon as possible.
                    I can't wait more. I need my money back.
                    I trust on Olymp trade for better profits not for this.

                      Couple months ago i started to trade ftt with olymp trade and everything was fine. But i started to feel execution speed is reduced or smth like that. Once I place the order and i see it on the chart - everything works fine. But once price comes to my limits - it is somehow passes my order price. And once price passed, my order on the chart could highlited as executed after it goes deeper in this direction. I just can not find exact reason for that because it happens from time to time. I thought it's due to internet connection, but this problem occured even with high speed internet.

                              Issues with withdrawal

                              3 months have passed after I started trading here and recently I wanted to withdraw some money, cause I was lack of money. I earned a bit and decided to try withdraw money via UPI.
                              However, everything was not so pleasant as I expected. Initially, my request had been processed for a solid amount of time. Afterwards, it was fully declined because of the technical issues as far as I am concerned.

                                Money not credited in my olymp trade account but debited from my bank account (₹2000).
                                I have use the UPI method. Customer service not answering my questions.
                                Its been 3 days.

                                  I deposited INR 45, 000 by UPI PAYTM. It been more than 48 hours, but deposited amount isn't showing in my trading account yet. Idk how much more time I have to wait. I want my money back so urgently. Please, process it faster and reflect my deposit in my account as soon as possible.
                                  I trust on olymp trade, not for this day.

                                  Take actions on this as soon as possible. How much more time it takes? Kindly give me back my money.
                                  They emailed me that they already credited money In my account, but there is nothing in account yet.
                                  This is the proof, as they said I just got extra 10, 000 XPs not my money. I want my money not these XPs.
