I'm pretty good at market analysis. I am not a gambling man, so I have absolutely no problems with self-discipline. I like the platform. One moment only - I took a bonus and now I have some withdrawal issues. Why is that?

never thought bonuses could be a problem :) Anyway you don't have to use it. As far as i know bonuses is a nice complement, but not an obligation

    Money debited from account but not credited in trading account since 5 days

    I had deposited 10000 money in Olymp trading account, 5 days passed, several online chat and e-mail, they told wait for 30 days.is it practically possible ? I take 10000 ruppes from some of my Freinds, neither I am able to trade nor I get back my Money. please do needful as the earliest to return my deposit money.

        Es una plataforma manipulada en minutos, 0 % recomendada, tu abres posiciones de 1 a 5 y no solo en 1 oportunidad en muchas oportunidades vas a perder en el ultimo segundo por 0.00001 de diferencia y adivinen que?, eso no lo hizo el mercado real, la excusa es siempre el proveedor de liquidez, como sera lo manipulado, que si tienes una cuenta demo y lallevas a 400k usd abre posiciones de 5k en ambos sentidos en minutos y te daras cuenta que 80 y 90% de las operaciones se cerraran en perdidas por que se mantiene en el medio, si compras baja y si vendes sube y ahi se queda en el medio para perder las 2 operaciones, una ves lo pierdes sigue su curso y eso que estamos hablando de demo que sera de la real con esos montos de inversion, lo peorsito, manipulado al 100% de 1 a 5 minutos asco total, su respuesta siempre SIEMPRE sera, proveedor deliquidez...

          9030 which is 118 dollars have been debited from my phonepe, but not credited to live account.. customer care are saying that payment was declined and will get money in my bank account in 30 days.. i dont know what happen to my money.. it's been 11 days now.             This is my user ID 60507299.
            On 28 April 2022, I withdraw 650$ from my Olymp trade account to my bank account, Money was successfully transferred from Olymp trade wallet but not credited to my linked bank account. Even I got an email for the successful transaction but still after 11days my 650$ was not credited to my bank account.

            After contacting Olymp trade company they gave me UTR no.I also contacted my bank but they said no transaction send by your company side. But they claim they have already transferred my money, I'm using Phonepe UPI address for receiving my money in my bank account. I've already received payment in past from this company with the help of this UPI ID.

            But this time money got deducted but not credited to my bank account. I need your help to fix this issue and please deposit my money to my bank account.i will send any bank statement whatever you want plz help me

            I NEED MY MONEY URGENTLY BUT THIS COMPANY DOES NOT UNDERSTAND MY SITUATION.

                I tried to withdraw some money from my assets and everytime it’s getting failed and asking me to check with the customer service. Each time, the customer service people were asking me to pay hefty amounts towards processing fee (which I had paid), then try to withdraw, again failed, reachd customer service, again they asked me to pay some personal income tax which I had paid.

                Post that, I tried to withdraw, again failed, went back to the customer service, now they’re asking me to pay some more taxes failing which they’re threatening me that the account will be suspended.

                Looks like they’re making a gamble from not releasing the funds to the customer but getting money from the customer towards the charges. Now all my money got stuck with no single penny left and the customer service was not releasing my funds.

                I’ve all the screenshots where they falsely promised and guaranteed that the funds will be released once I pay the taxes one by one but they didn’t release the funds.

                You should be aware of the other fraudulent company using your name and exact logo.

                In the attached screenshot, pic 1 to the left is fraudulent and on the right side is yours. So how come you’re not having any issues with trademark license.

                Do you mean to say that you don’t have any connections with that fraudulent company?

                If you’re already aware of this fact, what actions you’ve taken so far on that fraudulent company to prevent your customers are not falling into their trap as the logos are looking like exactly the same.

                You can see yourself how many people are suffering because of your cloned applications, looks alike app. When you/your legal team eliminating the scammers, then where are these fake applications are coming from.

                You are making us in an impression that you also part of them by your responses and trying to just convince us by doing nothing.

                Your understanding is completely wrong as I didn’t ask for your lawyers work.

                This is the third time I think, I’ve asked you what action you have taken about the scammer app which is using all your trademark licence.

                You don’t need to educate the users but do your job properly. You may seen from the other user also that he/she lost money so it’s keep going and the action from your side is unfortunately blaming the users but nothing.

                Check with your friend who shared that link, whether they got their money or not.

                Most probably. I'm in Dubai now. And I'm using the same app. And the same customer service. They are asking for 15% of the VAT from my earnings. It's too high so I was still not able to withdraw my money.

                      Sir,

                      I had opened a trading account earlier with olymp trade but with the help of customer support I blocked my account and didn't wish to continued due to suffering from losses after few days I created new account and started trading in that particular account. You can check my records after creating new account I did my deposition only in that account after winning some amount I got a message to submit account verification when I submitted my documents my account got blocked with the amount in it. It had amount of $160 I didn't received my amount back.

                      It is my request to you that i will not create any account further I apologise for it and need my money back.

                        I am a common man and medium family man. But I can't leave this until it refund. FTT is an illegal process and the company will be punished after the court decision. Your company harassed me and I losses huse amount in this process. it possesses by your broker and he is also a criminal in the law of Court. This is my last suggestion to Compromise with me and refund my all Lost money approximately USD3900.

                        It's a pity that you had some unsuccessful deals, but this does not mean that the company hacked your account. We broadcast the same quotes for all traders and do not interfere in the trading process. According to our rules, namely articles 4.4.1, 4.4.2, 4.4.3, and 4.4.5 of the Service Agreement, the client assumes full responsibility for trade.

                        If you want to improve your trading results, we will be glad to provide you with opportunities for this. Unfortunately, trades cannot be canceled.                                 Two things I want to resolve:

                                1.I have withdrawn money of 319$ from verified account on 20.12.2021, but amount was not credited to my bank account, After several procedures and days, it was reversed to olymp trade account on 11.2.2022.

                                Why it was reversed to olymp trade account instead of bank account?

                                2.I have done a third party deposit on 11.1.2022, so you guys asked me verify the payment method..

                                For that I have uploaded Id card of payment provider and photo of payment provider holding his Id card..

                                Then why you blocked my account? Since it was first time violation of third party deposit?

                                As I got a reason from your customer peoples is first time violation will be accepted in depositing.But you peoples blocked my account.

                                Then customer care peoples said that your friend whose bank account that you have used for deposit, he had violated terms of our platform like that..

                                But while depositing, my bank server was down, that is why i have used my friend bank account..How can i know his past experience with your platform.

                                Just because for his violation, you have blocked my account.is it fair????

                                Because of his mistake why should i bear the loss?

                                Iam a good and great customer for you.. I have done many deposits and trades with your platform..By considering this, can you unblock my account.

                                Iam from a poor family yea, i want to continue the trading with your platform, kindly unblock my account.

                                  I was verifying my documents and all steps were completed and verified but the last step of payment proof was not done but later i did that too .
                                  And after some minutes when i tried to open my account, i saw myself logged out and blocked and recieved an email saying that i violated their policy by submitting false documents, but my all documents were absolutely correct, (they were also verified by olymp trade)
                                  I can even provide documents again for rechecking, I request to please unblock my account as soon as possible

                                      I had two accounts in olymp trade in which did trading in only account . I was verified in one account and having a profit of 900$ I was blocked because i had 2 accounts . Yes I agree that was a mistake and I did not study properly. So I mailed about disclosure of my old account on the day of verifying my new account .but I request olymp trade members to recover my new account after closure of my old account.
