Hi, I have made the deposit of 2000 INR on 31st Dec, 2021. the amount is not deposited yet in the platform. I have been waiting and the task is created as the customer agents say. But I have not heard from any financial team nor the deposit is added.
Agents say that my case is on priority, if it is on priority it should not take longer as I have shared all the proof from bank. I am honestly disappointed and I expect the quicker resolution...

My account was verified earlier also they asked to reverify 3 4 days ago. I have successfully verified my account... Now after that when i had a good enough profit today they blocked my account... Giving reason i have multiple id ... I only have single id which is verified by you only 3 days ago u can see mail... Then by you blocked my account and looted my earned money. Kindly unlock my account...

Task is created on[protected] for 15$ deposit, which was deposited on[protected] and the case has been forwarded to the concerned department. As per the update, the payment was declined and 30 days also passed and I have shared the bank statement with olymp trade, But still it is not getting resolved. Olymp trade has blocked my account on the basis of multiple account usage but as I have researched the situation one of my relative has used my payment method in his account .

I was getting notification from past 3-4 days regarding verification but while going ahead for verification link was slow, documents couldn't able to upload. I thought to do that process on weekends as it's a holiday, but unfortunately today account get blocked.
Atleast they should give 15 days time to complete this process, verification link should work properly.

I like to inform you that Olymptrade Department is trying to manipulate me for my payout amount. Firstly, they blocked my account for a reason that I'm a trading a asset in both direction(i.e. 2 trades) from same point and I'm utilizing my bonus in both trades so that I can make some profit in spite of losing any one trade. According to them, I abused their bonus system and this is my dishonest...

One of my trade on 14 Dec. they charged commission upto 15% which forced me to close the deal in negative (Forex trading).

Whereas they have been charging normally 1 to 2% commission for the same value deals.
