My Trader Id :84685016

Actually My account was successfully verified on 20.12.2021, after that I made a withdrawal of 319$ which i deposited and my hard earned money.. but that money not credited to my bank account till 11.2.2022, hence after multiple procedures, I got that money back to my olymp trade account.

I went to olymp trade account to withdraw that money, it asked me to verify my account once again. I Also verified, but they blocked my account by saying that you have many accounts registered with our platform..

I dont have anyother account in their platform, they simply saying that and blocked my account to withheld my money.. if i have multiple accounts, then how they verified my account successfully on 20.12.2021

Kindly return that money to my bank account. I have attached screenshots of everything.

You have been warned that in the following cases of establishing any instances of trading on other accounts, the Company reserves the right to block these accounts and all funds in them.

Since this is your third violation, the Company was forced to apply the consequences described in clause 8.5.1. of the Service Agreement.

If i have many accounts on your platform, why you have successfully verified my account 20.12.2021, that day itself you should block know.. i know you are fraud.. That day 20.12.2021 (I have no balance in my account) but when i have balance in my account, yoy have asked me reverify the account and blocked without any proof (hold 319$).. Actually I dont have many any other account..

Two things I want to resolve:

1.I have withdrawn money of 319$ from verified account on 20.12.2021, but amount was not credited to my bank account, After several procedures and days, it was reversed to olymp trade account on 11.2.2022.

Why it was reversed to olymp trade account instead of bank account?

2.I have done a third party deposit on 11.1.2022, so you guys asked me verify the payment method..

For that I have uploaded Id card of payment provider and photo of payment provider holding his Id card..

Then why you blocked my account? Since it was first time violation of third party deposit?

As I got a reason from your customer peoples is first time violation will be accepted in depositing.But you peoples blocked my account.

Then customer care peoples said that your friend whose bank account that you have used for deposit, he had violated terms of our platform like that..

But while depositing, my bank server was down, that is why i have used my friend bank account..How can i know his past experience with your platform.

Just because for his violation, you have blocked my account.is it fair????

Because of his mistake why should i bear the loss?

Iam a good and great customer for you.. I have done many deposits and trades with your platform..By considering this, can you unblock my account.

Iam from a poor family yea, i want to continue the trading with your platform, kindly unblock my account.

The company has repeatedly terminated the Service Agreement with you on other accounts and warned that in case of creating new ones, you will be blocked without withdrawing funds.

The Financial Commission also found your claim unfounded, and the company's actions legitimate. For us, the decision of the Financial, which is our regulator, Commission is mandatory.

You are cheaters yea.. I dont have any other account with your platform.. You are refusing to me prove or reverify my account, i have more money in my account so you are blocked me by saying some reasons..

    I am still having query on my deposit amount $500 not credited to my account which done on 18 of March your executive is not helping me poor response from the teamleaders and supervisor basically this application is completely scam.. i have shared my bank statement today aswell.. your claim department are cheaters and internal commission don't even respond to complaint.. i am gone file case against you in international court..were i get justification.. people don't deposit your money clear scam this guys are mail [protected]@gmail.com for proof my registered email is same with you

    I really have the same issue of deposit of 60$ and gave them the statement and whatever they want but instead of giving my money back they block my live account becos of dispute totally fraud company hai

        I thought that olymp trade is a reliable broker and it never let me down!

        Nevertheless, recently I faced an situation which I can't solve.

        It concerns bonus system here. I wanted to trade bonuses, but after it I withdraw money which I have earmed - bonuses vanished!!

        I can't understand what's going on, someone explain me please where are all my bonuses!

          Account got blocked

          Hello, I really am not happy with this situation. My account got blocked.
          I made 2 accounts one for me and another one for my brother. However it was my mistake and on that I lost 38k from account and 6.5k something from another as it got blocked.

          But now if I am requesting to get my one I’d there is no response from the team.

          And when I created new single id and deposit the money again got blocked and lost 2.6k.

          If you want to block why do you even accept the deposit..? Real fraud isn’t it ?

          And what about my account now ..?
          I never would be able to trade again ..?

              I deposited and withdrawn money to my account with perfect money 2 months ago, I deposited 210 dollars with a credit card a week ago, I had an account of 778 dollars with my earnings. Even though I verified my credit card, my withdrawal request was not approved. They asked for my perfect money account to be verified, although I sent the requested documents many times, they did not approve my perfekt money account, the most unapproved reason They say that I have to have a verified account from perfeckt money. This is the first time I've heard of such a requirement. They find an excuse not to pay my earnings. There are excuses to confiscate people's money.

                HELLO SIR/MADAM,
                As of today 18 March i seen very wrong candle stick behaviours on chart of BITCOIN . i checked the Quotes and candles with other BITCOIN chart websites but OLYMP TRADE candles showing are totally different .
                Moreover the price is being different with about 100-500 pips, as we are 1M-1 Hr binary option trader we need REAL-TIME Quotes, for a Instance i getting into conclusion that OLYMP TRADE is being a FRAUD .
                My stratgies are good and profitable but due to wrong candles and wrong gap up gap down openings i am loosing huge money in INR
                I trusted for long on OLYMP TRADE and i wanted to give my self a second chance . I REQUEST TO CONSIDER MU PROBLEM SERIOUSLY AND BRING A FIX FOR THIS.

                Quotation providers may differ on trading platforms. In this regard, there may be a difference of several points. Nevertheless, the tendency of price behavior on the charts of different trading platforms should not differ significantly.
                Also, the quotes are identical for all our users. We don't need to manipulate the chart because there're too many traders making deals in opposite directions.

                  Blocked My Account and Not returning my hard earned money

                  @Olymp trade. I deposited 100000 Rs on Olymp trade on 16th March using Phonepe .I made two transactions of 50000 Rs each to deposit .After the amount got deposited I did two trades of 100 and 200 Rs. which yielded in a overall profit of Rs.334 So the account balance became 100334 Rs. Soon after that they blocked my account and my money was withheld with them.

                  I am Naveen, i am a customer of olymp trade platform kind of addicted and had a loss of around 8500 dollars of which my life has been kind of ruined and spoiled of loans thag i have taken to recover and all of which i have recovered nothing. My life is still in depression due to the loss i have been facing in this platform.                       You should tell to each Olymp trade user that Olymp plateform Fix Time Trading is subjected to the Market Risk and May be addictive and please Trade with your own risk. And should Suggest that Avoid fix time trading.

                            They just block my account. And there reason is that, some one else or maybe multiple people access the account

                              I believe that it is an open secret that every trading account should be verified in order to keep on making the financial operations freely. However, the question is that this whole process take more than just several seconds and I don't like that. I mean that it is not really modern. Today all of the operations take sheer seconds and I don't have to wait for it more than a minute. So, I really look forward that olymp trade will make the verification process faster and more convenient.

                                Thank you for contacting us. Your review is very concerning to us. As a result of consideration of the appeal, it was found that you had on the platform 2 active trading accounts:
                                ID 22****41 and 80****59.

                                Unfortunately, this action is a violation of paragraph 2.32. of the Service Agreement:
                                "2.32. Client account (Trading account) - a special account in the Company's accounting system in which funds transferred by the Client to make trades are posted; from which the trade amount is debited when the trade is executed; and to which income is credited when a trade is closed and the material terms of a trade are met. The Client has the right to have only one Client account. In case of violation of this rule, the Company has the right to refuse the Client in further service (rendering of services), to terminate this agreement, and to block further possibility to carry out operations without explanation and without payment of funds from the Client's account."

                                In regard to the foregoing, we recognize the actions of the Company as legitimate.​
